Carlos the manager of this facility is the most customer oriented person I have ever encountered in my life.
I was expecting a lost luggage from LAX by FedEx, I was told by the 1-800 number that I can pick it up on Saturday at the Hawthorne location. After driving 1 hour 30 minutes , it wasn’t there. He went above and beyond and found my luggage. I’m so grateful as I needed what was inside. Thank you Carlos. You deserve a raise! This encourages me to use FedEx instead of UPS. I have never had this experience with any other shipping company.

Kind of slow but it was during the middle of the week and there was a lady with some sort of snake on her neck; cool python. The service was good, nice people and I went in and out in a somewhat okay time. I was just dropping off a prepaid package if that matters; overall I had a good experience. The FedEx is next to the Costco kind of to the side of it. They have signs pointing to the parking lot that is for the FedEx center.

Sadistic, humiliating, disrespectful and harmful behaviors happening towards customers from the woman with the long, gray haired braids who wears glasses. Treated me like a dog tapping hard and fast on the counter for me to set down my drivers license. Made me go through hoops prompting me with new asks each time I presented her with what she asked me for; drivers license which I did have THEN something with my current address (I just moved to a new address) THEN my name had to be on whatever had the address THEN give me the DL again with the hard tapping on the counter. Super interrogative for no reason she could have phrased things differently. My teenager said thank you at the end of the situation and got no response.

Horrible services. I don’t even know why they have “workers”. Horrible attitude. Didn’t want to help. Then she went to the back. And ignored all customers.

Poor customer service - Fedex is the only courier that continuously fails to deliver packages to my location despite the inclusion of clear delivery instructions.

I gave FedEx 1 star, why? Because they deliver packages and when they cant even do that, well........I was home all day and working in the yard. FedEx never even stopped at my house. Tracking said we tried to deliver (not true) Now I have to drive 15 miles to go pick up my package that I have been waiting all day for. Just bad customer service.
