I have a package that was sent to me as a two day delivery... that was the 16th of January. It's now the 22.... Still not here... no estimated delivery date.

Received envelope from GE shipped via FedEx - shipping envelope partially torn and contents missing except for packing slip. Filed claim totalling less than $40 - week later received email denying claim without explanation. Truly sad - had to reorder part from GE. Will never use FedEx again.
