I would grant this specific warehouse a 0 if I could, terrible management with no regard for the opinions of their employees, gate system that constantly breaks down every other week, lack of communication of any problem from employee to manager, overall, this has led to an incredibly bitter taste on my tongue with FedEx express. Save your time, effort, and money and go for UPS instead.

Received envelope from GE shipped via FedEx - shipping envelope partially torn and contents missing except for packing slip. Filed claim totalling less than $40 - week later received email denying claim without explanation. Truly sad - had to reorder part from GE. Will never use FedEx again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I think I reviewed this place a couple of years ago but no change. I dread having to pick up at this location. The workers are almost like they work for the government haha. Not a private company. ZERO customer service. Just recently had to pick up something at DHL location and they were SO friendly. What gives? I feel like I'm walking into the DMV whenever I have to deal with this place lol

As with others noting here, FedEx habitually lies about delivery attempts out of this regional center unfortunately. Not sure there is anything to do about it, but maybe important for them to know that we know?

Worst customer service ever. 2 rude female employees. Attitude and act like they didn't even want to help. They acted like they didn't even want to be there! I should have taken their names down. They all need training in customers service! Will not use FedEx express in Hawthorne anymore! Worst FedEx I've ever experienced. Filed a complaint about it with a representative and never heard anything back. Not even a confirmation email. I wish someone would contact me because I think the person didn't even file the complaint! Never again! I recommend not using FedEx express Hawthorne! Also lied about attempted delivery 2 days in a row. I was home both days. No door tag nothing! I had to drive twice to the Hawthorne FedEx to get my damn package. They really suck!!!

Horrible customer service. I came in to this location and the lady at the counter had such a horrible demeanor and the whole experience just felt rude. And they can't figure out how to deliver to my address.

Do you totally hate it when you miss delivery at your house? And you're worried that you would probably miss it the next day?They make it really easy at the FedEx ship Center to collect your package.Even though on the receipt stuck to my door, it said to come by after 3 o'clock, I got there a minute before 3pm and had my package and was out the door within five minutes!There is ample parking in front. On my recent visit, there was only one employee working, so keep that in mind in case you see a line waiting. He was so pleasant and cheerful. I wish I had asked his name but he didn't have a name tag on and I didn't want to come across weird ;)TL/dr: easy pleasant pickup of my FedEx package

DO NOT USE FEDEX. Worst customer service I've experienced. Slow/lazy workers. Waited over 1 hour for a package that they weren't looking for. Had to get in line again and ask. 0 stars

A package coming from this shipping center was on their truck today 9/19/22, for delivery to my home.I was home all day, and I received a message that customer was not available. That is a lie. No one attempted to deliver nor to contact me. This same issue happened before, and after 3 days of driving by, without even ringing me on my intercom, and messaging me that customer was not available, and I was home, all 3 days, also, I ran out and chased the truck down the street. The driver told me that they do not have to ring people, to make a delivery. I did not choose FedEx, nor will I in the future.I also messaged with specific instructions including my intercom code. The delivery person told me he did not get the message forwarded from FedEx.FedEx is on it's way out.

FedEx is the absolute WORST! HTF do they stay in business?? When I've literally taken the time to be available for an expected delivery and later receive a "failed delivery attempt" notification, it pisses me off! Happens way too often. My daughter is a UPS manager and they call FedEx the F bomb. I can clearly see why!!

I always have issues with delivery from this facility. Packages always end up lost. They say they attempt delivery when they never do. I have lost time from work waiting on important packages
