Huge store, with many options to choose from. Not lacking in services or inventory. My items were packed professionally and arrived in perfect condition.

Received envelope from GE shipped via FedEx - shipping envelope partially torn and contents missing except for packing slip. Filed claim totalling less than $40 - week later received email denying claim without explanation. Truly sad - had to reorder part from GE. Will never use FedEx again.

As with others noting here, FedEx habitually lies about delivery attempts out of this regional center unfortunately. Not sure there is anything to do about it, but maybe important for them to know that we know?
