I can't select my ratings because they don't have a zero up there. The worst place to go to to get anything if you a black woman or brown, do not go to the store worst attitude and it will not accept anything back but they wanna get your money but I don't want to be a good customer service and let you exchange, they will never see me again and I wish that all these beauty supplies that are being opened by any of them should not be in our neighborhood they don't like us all they want is our money but not try to be nice to us

Writing this post a week later because I was very upset. I've always shopped here because it was convient on my way home from work. Last week as I normally do asked my husband to stop by & purchase few items for me. Well just to say the least being a black man & shopping a this establishment is the most uncomfortable event. My husband informed me that he noticed he was being followed (racial profiled ) my husband was still in his work clothes (uniform). A place that use to be my go to for all my beauty needs. I will not shop here anymore. Instead of offering assistance you followed him as he searched for the items I asked him to buy. He clearly would have appreciated your help locating the items. I will not spend my money here where we are treated as criminals. We were regular shoppers here. I was definately shocked with how you all treated him. Shame on you.

Came to check out this store and I was SURPRISED by the selection of hair and products they have in this store!! The girl at the front was super kind and helpful! Whenever I needed help she was willing to put in that work to show me around:) just to clarify her name is Kaitlyn and this will definitely be my top store choice!!

I recently started going to this store and they have a great amount of selections! The workers are helpful when I was looking for a certain product and they also recommended other products that would be great substitutes to use as well. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Customer service is terrible! Do not waste your hard earned money at this beauty supply. The two men working here are very rude.

I will not be spending my Black dollars at this beauty supply store ever again. I went there today looking for some hair to match my fading auburn hair color, one of the guys who works there (not the man with the platinum blonde hair but the other guy) was assisting me and was helpful at first and after showing me some options that didn't match enough for my liking I decided that I would just purchase some hair products and hold off on buying any hair. As I'm picking up shampoo and conditioner off of the shelf the guy starts talking about Covid and how it's spreading fast now and to be careful when I'm outside which was innocent enough but then he said, "Especially around Black people because they share masks" H U H?! I've literally never heard of anyone sharing masks but ok. So after I gave him an offended look I said to him: "What?" To which he replied: "You're not Black right?" I let him know that I was definitely Black and he followed with: "But you're mixed right?" I let him know that I was definitely not mixed, just Black like I'd just stated. (Even if I WAS mixed what difference did that make? Was it just the full Blacks that were sharing masks? ) I also let him know that his ignorant comment just lost him a purchase and them a customer for good which caused him to apologize profusely. I put the products down and left. This is the problem I have with both beauty supply stores and nail salons, they're racist, which is not surprising or new, but they have the nerve to feel this way about the people who KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS! The fact that he even felt comfortable saying that to a customer whether he knew I was Black or not is very telling. I will do better at finding Black owned beauty supply stores so that I can pour my money back into my own community. *Free Game: If you don't like/don't want to be bothered with Black people, maybe stop opening your stores in our communities*

Do not and I mean do not go to this beauty supply. They do not stand behind their products I purchased tweezers that were bent at the tip and made it impossible to use. They refused to return even with proof of purchase. Please support beauty supplies that at least stand behind the products in our community. When I went to take back the ower was so rude and spoke to me like k was trying to steal something

I have been going there for a long time to support the local neighbor businesses. The customer service is barely acceptable. He could do better, it seems like he doesn't care if you shop there or not.

I have had various encounters with this particular business. Sometimes you might catch them on a good day And they are nice other day they're rude. It's unfortunate that the African-American community purchases from his business however they treat you bad. Today I got to the store seven minutes to closing as soon as the guy seen me pull up in front of the store (because the workers and the security guard were outside talking and smoking a cigarette) The worker hurried and close the door. One thing is for certain, I will never spend my money at a business that does not appreciate their customers. I hope that you guys Rita's prior to having a bad experience with him. Please spin your hard work money elsewhere!!!!

I try to support my neighborhood businesses, but this particular beauty supply, I will not be coming back. One of the men that work in the store that is a little taller and more slim in size is very disrespectful and rude. I have come here many times and I have overlooked his attitude but after today, I have decided that I will no longer support this business. People that have businesses in Black neighborhoods need to watch how they treat the people who support their livelihoods. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. It's important for Black people especially to support businesses where they appreciate you and YOUR money. Most of the time I don't even come to this one because the one guy in there is rude and I go to this other one where they're nice and very customer service oriented. I will be going to that particular beauty supply and I will no longer support Jenny's Beauty Supply.
