Do Not and I Absolutely mean Do Not get a vehicle from this place. The vehicle I left with had an old dirty air filter,deteriorated timing belt, terrible brakes and rotors, a rug with holes in it , and a gas reader that doesn't work, the fuel cap isn't even correctly attached to the car, and to top it off my trunk repeatedly opens when I drive even on the FREEWAY!!! So save you're money and be thorough when searching for a car inspect everything or you'll end up with a lemon like me.

I'll just say I was very pleased with my purchase Israel helped me through the process and made it so easy and made sure. I was sure about my decision. Walked away with a nice reliable car. Would definitely recommend.

This place will take advantage of you if you are young and DO NOT speak Spanish. I had to tell the mechanic and this other lazy guy multiple times that I do not speak Spanish and they continue to speak Spanish as if I understand. Meanwhile both of these people spoke perfect English. They sold me a car with transmission problems. And then did everything they can to make me wait till the lemon law doesn't apply. They kept telling me they ordered a part but in reality they never did that. They just kept "losing the picture of the code" although there was no code. It was saying what part needed to be fixed and they played it off like they have no clue. They have no respect for younger people and older. I had to bring my grandfather just to speak to these people in Spanish because they refused to speak English with me. All during that the mechanic and the lazy guy lied multiple times and then asks my grandfather what he does for a living. When he said what he did the lazy guy laughed and scoffed at his job. These people will not treat you with respect and they will have no problem selling you a car that does not work. (Do know the car acted up 3 days after purchasing, I notified them immediately and after a month of them lying to me. They finally did something) We had to threaten to sue!! They took my car in on Monday morning. Refused to work on it till the next. Said I'll have it by Tuesday. I still haven't heard back. I definitely would not recommend this place. They will screw you over. I'm not sure if they treated me this way because im Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. But regardless they do not respect anyone other then themselves and money.

This place is so horrible. It is located on Crenshaw & Rosecrans. It's a private auto dealer that sells used cars. On the website it looks fairly reasonable on prices so I thought why not, and gave them a shot. The sales person was very nice and everyone instantly greeted us as we came in. My son purchased a Nissan with no problems. We applied for financing and everything was perfect. Three days went by and the check engine light came on. So, my son went immediately to the establishment and they plugged it in the machine to diagnose and suddenly nobody knew how to speak English. The people there were only able to tell them that they would order the part and each time he followed up they didn't have it. Text messages to and fro we're sent to management only to get texts saying they didn't have the part. We had to send our grandparents over there and threaten lemon law for litigation and to our surprise they pretended lemon law does not apply to used cars. They were put in their place, and today we await for a call telling us when to bring the car for it's repair. I want to point out that they said it's a coil for the transmission that needs to be replaced. I'm putting this here on Yelp to prevent others from getting manipulated into buying a bad car. Be aware of this place if you do not know how to fix cars, and if your not bilingual. My heart breaks knowing that there are local dealerships ready to burn people.

I bought a Dodge Journey and leaving the Diler it started pulling and then the check came on. That truck doesn't work and the next day I was able to tell him what is happening with the tailgate and I told him to change it and they don't want to change it. It's crazy why I want a truck that doesn't work, I'm not happy????

Worst Place to buy a car bought a car from them & I have been fixing it ever since I bought the car don’t waste your Time or Money Here!!!!! Not RECOMMENDED save your Money & go somewhere else poor customer service

Alot of people have negative things to say because they don't know how a car works. They sell good high mileage cars , high mileage cars require maintenance as do new cars, take car of your car and you'll have no problems. Other than that they are a really good dealership and they will help you unlike most dealerships , i had no issues at all with them or the car i bought. Definitely recommend this place.
