Not the best store of this chain. Loads of empty shelves, dirty, and cashier... Well, she appeared to be in a state of confusion and sort of out of it? I hope she's ok and not just overwhelmed with the job.

The phone number to the store doesn't work. I was trying to call to let them know that I left my a toy that I bought at the register that I paid for. I didn't realize it until I got home, and I couldn't go back to get it because they were going to close in 10 minutes (@ 9pm)Other than that, the store has a nice crafts section, and the 2 employees that were there tonight were pleasant and friendly. I hope I'll be able to pick up my daughters squeeze toy ball that I forgot at the register. She was looking forward to playing with it. UPDATE...I was able to get the toy back. I'm so thankful that the cashier let me get the toy easily after I told her I left it by accident. Great customer service ??

I was at this store 2days ago. There's a black girl at the cashier with tattoos on her face, one of the tattoos is 11-11, she also has braces. That girl is super rude and heartless, talking to clients like shiit. A homeless man was paying his items but didn't have enough, so he was slow looking for all the penny he had in all his pockets, the rude cashier started to be mad at him just because the homeless was slow.

There was four homeless people acting a fool. Alot of tension, either they're mentally ill or they where faking it. Either way not a good situation.

Very dirty place and yesterday I was standing in the line and the checker never call for help to open another checker. Also the black female was on the cell phone talking. The phone should be left in the purse. I told her get off the phone and look at that people waiting in long line. And she chaste me for the bag that I didn't want just for 2 item. She never ask you want bag or not. All the shelf was a big mess. This place is horrible to shop there. You can't find what you like. Something is wrong here. Gee thanks that you got all my feed back. No wonder why you got 1 star. I will never go back again.

I went to this dollar tree today and it was a bad experience. There was a long line and this old lady was working and she was taking care of everybody and the manager was just there watching not doing anything and her name was Kimberly I think and then she opens a register and screams so loud "NEXT" and I'm a minor and I just told my girlfriend that poor lady they should open more register because keep in mind it was packed. And when I said that the manager Kimberly literally yells at me and say "Shut the f**** up bi***" and I just said excuse me and she just starts throwing my stuff and tells me "you can bag it yourself mf" and I understand that when it's packed it's stressful but she shouldn't have acted like that and she was acting like that to all the customers and I didn't like how she disrespected me for no reason. She should be FIRED if she can't handle a job like that then why apply and work for one she was very disrespectful to all the customers. She shouldn't be a manger there or work there at all. Please do something about it. It was 7:56pm when it all happened 01/4/24

Store has so many things. Stocked up well. Great service (from my experience) But PLEASE, PLEASE...do not use the restroom. I had to go really bad and for starters I hate public restroom, but like I said I had to go. Aluminum foil on the floor, lighters, and of course you put one and one together, heroin. I seen the burnt foil in the trash can. Toilet paper looked wet and dirty (I carry baby wipes with me). Team members, be careful when cleaning the restroom, careful with syringes and bodily fluids.

This Dollar Tree looked like it went through the wringer. It was tore up. Stuff strewn on the floor all over the place in the aisles. It's not the first time I've seen it like that and there's never enough workers. Maybe two on the cashier machines and never someone to clean up the store.

Long long long lines and only one cashier I dread when I have to go there X ridiculous couple of times I just put the stuff down and walked out now there is very little on the shelves the store looks like it's going to close down
