$8 for a basic wash is a steal in LA. I remember when we had $5 or $6 drive thru washes but not here anymore. $8 and good vacuums is really nice.

Mister Clean Car was Quality products where my car IS clean. Available spots to clean and vacuum out your vehicle. The vacuum have great suction. It’s not over crowded. Exceptional customer service

This is on the best if not the best drive thru car wash! The line always moves in a good pace. The manager Isias was such great help! His customer service was exceptional he went beyond the call of duty! I’m really happy to have bought the membership!

Very traumatic experience for me and my two little girls. So we visited this local not knowing IT now had a new name, new employees, new ownership etc...etc...
(My thoughts : A carwash is a CARWASH!)
The employee operating the washer was adding cars in like hot cakes and manage to have my vehicle ram into the guy's vehicle in front of me all while still operating the washer not knowing/ didn't even realize....WATER, SOAP & ALL! I immediately hit the brakes and began to honk loudly. Luckily, the guy wasn't upset with me. He obviously witness/experienced the trauma with all the other members in the car washer being jammed in together, praying not to hit another car.
Guy in charge for the shift kept saying " we are short staffed" like okay! So putting people in danger is justifiable ...REEEEtrain both men, hire more employees & do better!

Update: you can’t even tell what wash you purchased. It’s gotten worse. Unfortunately there aren’t many options.
Well they sold to Mr Carwash and their service is poor and unprofessional. They can’t keep staff? All of the old staff is gone it seems like. They close early so if you want to get a wash get there at least an hour before closing. I guess this is what happens when corporations buy small businesses. The service goes down way down. I’m not sure if I can come here again. Reliability and loyalty are important to me and they seem to have none.

I only use this carwash very very little but chose to subscribe to their premium $40 wash monthly.This carwash is always “down” but still takes my hard earned money! Horrible!!

I have been a customer for many years, from Cruzier, now with the new owners, from paying $19.99 a month, it increased to $32.99, more than 60% and the worst thing is that without any notice, or the option to decide if I wanted to continue with the service, I will definitely cancel my membership that price is ridiculous. Just as I expressed my complaint about the excessive charging without prior notice, I want to thank Master's customer service for efficiently sending my email and refunding the amount that differed from the cost of my membership. Thank you very much for your prompt assistance. .

Really enjoy having the membership. I find it’s easy to pass the line sometimes . Customer service is great. One downside is the vacuum area. The team should keep any eye out. Some vacuums are in use for 45 minutes. Ridiculous. 95% of the time I awash and go. Even if you arrive when you open.

This place sucks, its a shame that the previous car wash is gone, this place is expensive, the quality and service is not the same as cruisers, cruisers was more organized and just better than this current car wash, they changed the technology that was their for their new signs, and they suck.

Soap has been significantly watered down compared to before. Also been noticing water streaks when car drys out around the side view mirrors. Which can also be due to less water pressure. All I’m saying is that the more expensive wash is not how it was a month ago.
