Always satisfied when buying my new phone for the past 5+ years! Adolfo & his new team Judy & Trevor, hope I remembered, do not fail. They will direct you in buying a good phone for your money, Very honest & patient! Adolfo has helped me all these years & he's always helped reset my new ones as well. I'm sad this my last new phone unless I do take a"Rode trip" from San Diego for my next phone. Blessings!!

The last time I can here a couple years ago, I was helped by Adolfo in this store and he was amazing! Now/Today I come in to activate two new phone and add to my existing lines Adolfo has great customer service, he very attentive, handled all of my questions, and told me about all of the new and great things that Cricket has to offer! Definitely the best phone store experience!If you're ever at this location ask for Adolfo!

I have been on cricket wireless for a year and I paid $40 when I went to make my payment at the store they were about to close when it was my turn they asked me for identification and since I didn't have it I couldn't make my payment and my cell phone service was cut off and I had I had to pay a charge for the disconnected service and I decided to change phone company. I realized that only in that location they ask for identification and in the rest of the locations they don't ask you. I will change company next month and I will switch to Veraizon. wireless and thank you very much for listening to me
