Shout out to Corey and Armando. Having recently had heart surgery and can't lift over 10 pounds, I was panicked when I needed a freezer. Costco not only had one in stock, but what sets them apart from the other stores is people like Corey and Armando. Corey is a gentle giant that provided a level of customer service that I thought died with COVID. Armando was very helpful in coordinating the help needed to put the freezer in my vehicle. Excellent customer service like This is what will keep us shopping at Costco as long as they are open and we have money.

Refused to fill a prescription sent in by a telemedicine doctor. Called and told me it was a company policy. Never actually explained their policy, what was said to me was:"We are very strict with filling prescriptions""We cannot accept a prescription from THIS doctor""Go and take it back to your previous pharmacy."As far as i can tell, this pharmacy simply decided they didn't want to fill it. I will not be going back somewhere that makes me feel as if I am in the wrong for a choice they made.

Susana Costco service employee since 1997 should know better than to bully me and my wife. She needs to understand when a customer says "No" she insisted that we upgrade to executive level membership, and no matter how many ways to times we would say no she would borderline bully us. Susana employee since 1997 please stop your selling tactics and if a members says "No" more than 3 times please give up. You made our visit at Costco very unpleasant and we are so close to cancelling out membership due to your terrible customer service

Today I visited a Costco location that I rarely shop at. I have the membership on my credit card so I don't usually carry the actual card. As I entered the store (on the phone) Chelsea asked for the card as we made eye contact. I tell her that it is in my wallet and kept walking. Now I know I should have had it out, that was my bad. However; what I DO NOT appreciate is Chelsea feeling the need to chastise/inform me that I need to have it out next time because we are asking for cards etc. again, I kept walking, that meant she had to turn a bit to keep speaking. How did I know, I can hear her voice carry. If it had not been for me being on the phone, I may have had a few extra words for her myself. I am almost certain that I am NOT the first person to NOT have my card out. And honestly won't be the last. I would like to thank her because she cut my shopping visit to the ONE item I had gone there for, rather than walking around.

Pharmacy suddenly slams a new medication rule (only 60mg allowed per day) on me. My insurance company pays for the 90mg and the doctor has had me on this amount for YEARS. No warning just a take it or leave it. Last year it was the refusal to fill any schedule medications earlier than 28 days. No exceptions. Not to mention spelling my name wrong and charging my meds to a different insurance company. A nightmare. After 8 years at this Costco I'm gone.
