Accessible and affordable hotel. A quick 10-15 minutes from LAX, and about 30-40 minutes to either Hollywood Blvd or the Los Angeles cruise terminal. Basically in the middle, so you're able to visit both in relatively short time. A basic breakfast is included. There is no noise from the airport despite being next door.

They cancelled our room booking even after calling them and letting them know that we are arriving late due to the flight delay.
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist and the manager, with a smiling face, said that they happily cancelled our stay and as a bonus they also charged for a night!!
Zero hospitality and absolutely no concern for the customers. And it is very clear that they have scammed us by charging us for a night for absolutely nothing. We are students and we ended up paying $211 for nothing. Curse this damned hotel.

The WiFi is out and with that I probably would not have stayed here. We came for a concert and it was great. The hotel room was very good. Large two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, swimming pool that nobody used. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff has been courteous. This is Hawthorne and Inglewood and close to LAX. The area around here is well, difficult. The enclosed parking lot has security inside. I do not like Los Angeles area in general. Too many people! Concrete! Cars! Smog! Freeways! Just me! But, the concert was great. I would stay in this hotel again provided I knew the wifi was working. Cheers!
Rooms: The room was quite nice. Large. 2 Queen beds. Comfortable.

Room key constantly malfunctioned needed resetting but the rooms and specifically the bathrooms were very nice.

It wasn't a great experience. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday. Wi-Fi was down the entire time. Their solution was "connect to the other hotels Wi-Fi" but of course we weren't in range. My husband had to walk to Starbucks down the street to work which is inconvenient since it gets loud and he has meetings. They promoted a heated pool but it was freezing cold! The power went out briefly on Thursday which caused the elevators to stop working for the majority of our stay. The room is pretty large with larger than average floor space with a 3/4 fridge and breakfast is included which are the only reasons for the 2 stars. The breakfast room is tiny and cramped. They really need to improve the layout keeping in mind the flow of foot traffic for breakfast. Next time we will book elsewhere.
Walkability: Not far to the metro station but the metro is pretty sketchy

Rooms were beautifully clean, had nice cooling system microwave and full fridge and freezer. Comfy beds with really nice down comforter. They had a nice clean warm pool, and breakfast! I got muffins yogurt, sausage, eggs and waffles . I didn't like the parking structure it was designed very poorly.

Safety: I didn't see any vagrants or tweekers lurking.

They gave me the best welcome I have ever had in my hotel experience, WILLIAM, you are the best of the best in customer service, but not even in the Waldorf Hotels have they made me feel as good and pleased as you did and do serving the guests. , you are fantastic and super friendly, the Hotel is very clean, quiet, smoke-free, everything looks very well taken care of, the breakfast is hot and with variety, the pool is big and clean, you can
Eat around it since it has tables inside, there is parking outside and covered parking, the area is very quiet near many restaurants, 10 minutes from the airport, the hotel meets all your expectations, it is family-friendly and suitable for children.
Rooms: Large and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, there is a kitchen refrigerator, microwave, everything clean in good condition, bright wooden furniture, clean white sheets, white paint, clean smoke-free walls

*Traveling contractors beware*
I had high hopes. I walked in and the room smelled like a off brand carpet powder. You can only smoke across the street, if you have a balcony you can't smoke on it.
The kitchenettes are useless, whata the point of having a stove if it doesn't work. They had nothing; no plates,cups,silverware.
My shower didn't work. I'm not saying that it had little water pressure, it did not work at all. The knob would not turn!
If you want a cheap place to stay for a night it's fine,whatever. But if you are here for work and are staying longer than 2 or 3 days, avoid this place!
