I’ve been to a bunch of gyms around the south bay and I have to say this is one of my favorites. Tim has high energy every class. He takes the time to help your form and build strength. Very grateful I found this place

Coaches are very knowledgeable and exhibit keen observational skills during training sessions. Members are friendly and supportive. Facility is clean and very functional. Plenty of parking. Appointment App is easy to use.

Love this gym. Tim is very motivational and easy to approach if you wanna learn. People are super nice and down to earth. Been going here since late 2019. The wod is good in terms of what you need from CrossFit: conditioning and strength. It’s a good mix of different types of workout that train you to be a better athlete. Olympic lifting class is a must :)

Can't say enough about coach Tim and Code 3 Hawthorne. Coach Tim is excellent in his coaching - in instruction, in experience, and creating a culture of enjoying working out. He's just a good dude with a huge heart for people and coaching. He loves to see his clients perform well and succeed. It is an absolute joy and so fun to get to workout and be engage with the community. Couldn't recommend this gym more! Thanks Coach!
