“I received a good price on a truck that was dirty and unclean. Dorito Chips in the cab, wood splinters and dirt throughout the truck interior. Gas tank was not full when I received the truck. It was not a budget truck, and they did not accept my insurance, and encouraged that I must purchase the additional insurance. I received a different truck size than what I reserved.
This other Budget in Torrance is filled with non English speaking scammers. They speak English to me, then they talk trash in Spanish, and behave poorly as service agents. I would never rent from them again, because they are lazy thug scammers. I would rent from the Hawthorne Budget again.”

Was straight to the point, I paid online so it was smooth and they didn't try adding a bunch of fees. I'll come back to review drop off but so far so good.
