This place does bad business. I came in April to get my brakes done and had to return in June to have the brakes redone. In October the brakes began to squeak and grind again and after bringing the car in twice I was asked to return at a more convenient time. After finding the time to return the car was test driven by a mechanic who said he heard no noise or grinding. The quality of brakes they use are poor. It's unfortunate that although the brakes are under warranty they will not replace them but instead suggested I go to a different shop for a second opinion. I try to support small businesses but when it comes to auto service DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Go to a dealership or a shop that you can trust.

Brought my 2004 Mercedes C320 air conditioning repair and they did an excellent job got me the best price best parks and best possible service highly recommend this place! I'm planning to bring my a600 V12 there as well!

I'd like to give a higher rating because they took me in right away for service and the guy in the office was really cool. He helped me find another location to get other things done that I needed. BUT the mechanic that actually fixed the brakes and rotors neglected to tell me some VERY important information! He did let me know that I needed to have my bearings replace right away, but didn't say that the bearings would damage the rotors he just replaced or that my struts were leaking! The next shop I went to said he couldn't believe the mechanic didn't notify me of these things. For that, I can only give this rating.

SCAM ARTIST! They lied, miss diagnosed my truck, kept it for 16 days, replaced all the wrong parts, and after 16 days they said the truck was fixed but it was was not! The same grinding noise remained!WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK, they gave it back to me completely empty on gas (with gas light on). They burned half tank of gas ($45), drove it 150+ miles on it, left oil stains all over my cream leather interior, they left lighters and trash all in the back seat. And to top it all off, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN INVOICE RECEIPT! Dave (or whatever his name) is the worst! And their mechanics here are incompetent. They need to be shut down because of their shady practices -- them and their car dealership Cal Auto Net. BOTH COMPANIES ARE SCAMMERS! Save your time and money!

High binders,scam artist. Took my car to have brakes bleed. I had replaced abc control module and petal was low. I was then told that I needed new pads,rotors and had a bad abs repair module. No abs code.I checked pads and rotors before I worked on car. No way they could checked pads and rotors because I had wheel lock tool with me,they could not pull wheels to look at them. Do not go here and trust them if you do not know anything about cars they will bend you over and stick it to you. I am 73 years old and have been working on cars since I was eight years old,went home bled brake myself and everything is fine. Only went there to have brakes bled because of my age and it is hard for me to work on cars now. You are warned they will scam you that is how they make their money.

As a girl is very hard for me to find a trustworthy mechanic that's why I took my friends words and I gave break spot a try Matthew fixed my car very fast and also he worked on prices with me I will definitely recommend break spot to anybody that is looking for mechanics who are 100% trustworthy and no cars inside out

I walked in to make an appointment to get my brake pads (and possible rotors) replaced, and from the looks of the lot it seemed busy. But Danny asked "What's stopping you from dropping it off today?" Which I found to be very accommodating as they had the time to fit me in that morning. Great conversation, and my brakes (and rotors) work like a dream again! Thanks for taking care of my car and keeping me informed through the whole process!
