My experience at this location was horrible. I brought my mother in to get a new iPhone 12. Prior to bringing my mother, I seen that Boost Mobile was having a promotion for the iPhone 12, which was 238(including taxes and fees).I mentioned about the promotion to the guy that was helping us, and he automatically told me that an iPhone 12 wouldn’t be 238. He gave me a much higher price which was 400 dollars. Things just weren’t making sense to us. He then went on and stated that it’s cheaper if I open a new account for my mother, which I didn’t understand. From my experience, it’s always cheaper to upgrade. Then he said his system has been giving error messages for existing users that’s trying to upgrade. So at this point he was trying to force me to get a new line so that he can pocket more money for the store. My mother and I left the store, and ordered the phone online, which was 238. This place will scam you out of more money if you let them.

The worst store I would not recommend buying anything from here the accessories are damaged and when brought back they have a problem and they do not give back your change. All around a bad business
