Took my $400 selkie dress in for cleaning and to replace the zipper
got the dress back and not only did they use white thread on a purple dress (i had to use eyeshadow to match the dress color on the thread), making it obvious, but they cut where the lining meets at the top and didn't fix it, so it's falling apart
the dress also doesn't even fit anymore because they took it in at the zipper and didn't even see the zipper in properly
my Venus Ritz dress is now unwearable the day of my event and I'm devastated because I can't just up and spend $400+ tax and shipping to replace it
they also quoted us wrong and only quoted the zipper fix, so the bill went from $17 up to $50
I'm now scrambling to find a dress and am already 14 minutes late to my event.

best cleaners & tailor shop is amazing! they fixed my suit perfectly when I took it there at the last minute before a wedding. the staff were helpful and quick. would recommend to anyone who needs their clothes cleaned or tailored!

I’m glad you used the word attitude cos that exactly what you gave out. I hope you learn better in treating people nice. . Asking to work with a price is not enough reason to give a customer attitude by telling them to walk out if they don’t want to pay. I’m not new to your business. I have amended few clothes at your end. I gave my one star cos that is what I got from your end. Thanks and all the best.

Well, it was my favorite to go. But I am really picky so if I go to a place back it is because they are good. But this lady kind of gets mad at me when I ask to fix something. My experience is that as customers, we should be able to ask if we want something to be fixed or changed. We'll they take it a little personal. :(. I just took my last items. I think I will have to look for a new place ? I didn't like the energy that they helped me with every time I go.

Provided false information on receipt/ticket. Ticket said pickup at 4pm Sat and that hours close at 5pm on Sat. Arrived shortly after 4pm and they were closed. No advanced warning given.

I've gone to this cleaner for tailoring, alterations, and cleaning. The staff is very attentive and caring. They give a great value for the work completed, and the quality of the work is superior. I highly recommend them.

I went for some alterations to a bridesmaid dress. The boy took my measurements and said that in 2 days it would be ready. Some sleeves had to be altered and the dress enlarged. When I went to pick it up, it was not ready as agreed. When the dress was delivered to me, the sleeves had not been altered and the dress was not well made. The cuts they made were horrible. First and last time I come to this place. When I asked the manager if the person who worked on my dress was new at her job, she started laughing and left me there talking to myself.

I just recently lost 70 pounds so I had to get my extra large T-shirts tailored to my new physique. So far I did 40 extra large shirts to fit. 100 percent recommend this place.
