Scheduled an appointment the day before. Made very clear of the services I need. Got a call 20min before my appointment and told me the service person will be on lunch and they'll need to reschedule. So instead of providing the service as promised, you allowed the employee to go on lunch and didn't acknowledge the mistake the team made in booking this appointment. I gave them chances and said i'm already here, can I just walk in and get my item signed, they insisted on rescheduling for tomorrow. My time which is the customers time is not important. I drove all the way here to handle this now i'm driving back and have to come back tomorrow. Great job! way to put the customers needs and times ahead of everything else.

Very very slow service and the lines arw out the door for teller services and the ATM , only 1 pf 3 ATM's are working. In addition they do not have a business teller. Dont comebhere if tou are in a hurry as it will take a hour minimum to get to a teller.

Closed 20 minutes before closing yesterday. No wonder they have terrible ratings. Came back on my lunch and Literally only have one teller for regular customers and one teller for business customers with a full line. Came here because it's the only BOA next to my work. They need to get it together here badly.

Bank of America is good place , but the people work on this agency Hawthorne is very rude and racist wen see hispanic people, to change check for cash, say different things for don’t give the cash , stay away for this agency especially, Marisol maciton , not one or 2 times , but I have bad experience.

The slowest b of a this side of the Mississippi. There's always a line going across the bank. There's always only one if we're lucky two tellers on duty. Avoid this bank at all costs.

The manager was rude! My husband went in there which he was told by EDD to bring certain documentation, one employee told him they could use the documentation and the manager said no. Was just really rude and disregarded anything my husband had to say after that. Don't even bother bringing your business and questions to this certain location.

Huge lines. Not operating ATMs. 2 cashiers in 5 cashes! The worst financial center ever. I always waste a lot of time here just for cash withdrawal having no alternatives by my office. If you have only one financial center in 15 miles radius - please use it's capacities for 100%, not for 40%.

I don't know how this bank is even still open with a 1 star rating it appears to be female managed and they treat everyone like crap as they laugh in your face I find them rude and disrespectful and I can see why the inside is always empty. Don't use this bank unless being mistreated is what you want

Generally don't do much business with BoA, but their notary service was quick and easy! Made an appointment online and Michelle Simon was very helpful. I would reccomend the notary service here

Pathetic service. Scheduled an appointment but of no use. Had to still wait for 30+ minutes before getting to talk to an associate.
