Very very slow service and the lines arw out the door for teller services and the ATM , only 1 pf 3 ATM's are working. In addition they do not have a business teller. Dont comebhere if tou are in a hurry as it will take a hour minimum to get to a teller.

Closed 20 minutes before closing yesterday. No wonder they have terrible ratings. Came back on my lunch and Literally only have one teller for regular customers and one teller for business customers with a full line. Came here because it's the only BOA next to my work. They need to get it together here badly.

The slowest b of a this side of the Mississippi. There's always a line going across the bank. There's always only one if we're lucky two tellers on duty. Avoid this bank at all costs.

I don't know how this bank is even still open with a 1 star rating it appears to be female managed and they treat everyone like crap as they laugh in your face I find them rude and disrespectful and I can see why the inside is always empty. Don't use this bank unless being mistreated is what you want

If you make an appointment here, you still have to wait. What's the point of an appointment if you're gonna be waiting just as long as someone who doesn't have an appointment?

I scheduled an appointment to meet with a notary but it looked like they were hours behind schedule based on how many people were waiting in the lobby area. After waiting for 40 minutes, and seeing that there were people who looked like they had been waiting for hours, I just left. They could have told me the wait would be very long when I had checked in, but they didnt and thus wasted my time. Next time I'll pay the 15 or so dollars for a notary that actually honors their appointments...

They only care about there profit , service is very slow and if you don't care to spent your day waiting on line for hours and waste all day in line chose this bang , I'm real thinking to pull all my accounts out of bank of america

This is the absolute WORSE BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The line is always out of the door whilst the employees stand around chatting it up, I ask a manager why didn't he jump in and help with the line he stated that it wasn't his job, he also did not have on a name tag and refused to give me his name. I counted four employees literally not doing anything!!

After so many weeks closed for laziness today first day of the year BOA decided to leave the stage of lethargy and back to work finally I just hope that when I get inside there's plaint of cashiers open to assist the public in their broken holidays necessities. I was cash less, since I have just a card to withdraw from this horrible company. This company is ridiculous it has government funds to support the millions of low lives who are mostly clients there

This review is about BofA in general. Wells Fargo sent someone a check on my behalf. It was printed by the bank, after they'd debited my account for the funds. BofA submitted it with the wrong routing number, for a DIFFERENT bank. It BOUNCED with a message of "Unable to locate account" message. The payee was charged $12 for submitting bad check. Now, they'll have to resubmit it and ask for their $12 back. I spent 1 1/2 hours talking to WF and figuring things out. The payee has wasted a bunch of their time. It could all have been avoided if BofA had double checked, especially since the check was printed by a major bank. DO F'in better BofA. And stop assuming machines can't make errors.

Horrible Horrible . From all the years they will never change. There's always 3 tellers, you see the other tellers in back. I just don't understand if they see a long line wouldn't they put their customer service skills and try to serve everyone. This bank is right in the heart of Hawthorne so wouldn't they prepare themselves for the busy flow????? I really hope corporate see this and makes changes. Same with the personal bankers. All of them are at their desk and only 2 are serving clients. I mean come on!!!!

Do any of the morons associated with this particular branch care enough to address their 1 star rating?? I will bet my entire 6 figure asset portfolio I have with this pathetic institution the answer is NO. Manager, you should be ashamed of what's going on here or you simply must not care that the line has been 30 customers deep for 30 minutes now. Shame on you and your employer.
