This is my 8th stay in a year's time and I'm never disappointed. Even amidst a crisis I can find an escape here. The customer service continues to be superb. My room is relaxing, bed comfortable and as always my surroundings feel safe.Kudos!My only regret is that I can't feast in the restaurant because the ambiance is breathtaking. I'm still grateful the kitchen isn't completely closed so I can still enjoy the cuisine.Thank you again for such wonderful hospitality.Best Always,?

This place is not the best Ayers hotel; in fact it might be the worst. We have stayed in many of the locations & have been extremely satisfied. This one: not so much.1. You have to pay $20 to park in a parking lot that isn’t secure. The gates were always open.2. The room is extremely dated. The TV is like a 40” (maybe).3. There isn’t a free breakfast. I know, I should have checked but EVERY OTHER ONE I STAYED IN BEFORE HAD THIS AS A PERK!4. There is a restaurant on the property but the prices were outrageous. This wasn’t a Michelin starred restaurant but the prices were.Attention Ayers management. This hotel does not live up to your other site’s standards. MAKE SOME CHANGES, please? The 2 stars was me being generous because I love your chain. I will not be returning here.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly. It is conveniently located to shopping areas, coffee shops, the beach and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an overnight or extended stay.

Check in was smooth. My room lights had a flickering problem coming on plus hot water pressure was off. The maid service did not service room upon request. These things were fixed but should not have been an issue for such nice looking hotel. Statues, paintings, and pool area are magical. I overall liked the look of things.

Beautiful lobby area, but a lot of things need work here, not even going to the front desk, waste of time. Don't blame the employees, management needs to step it up a little.

Stayed at this hotel for work reasons. OMG, it's very Italian antique. Has the large statues in the lobby. The rooms are ancient looking with the vintage bedding and furniture. It kinda gives me haunted vibes. They do offer use of a Costco card free for 1 hour tho.
