This is my favorite AutoZone to come to I can always count on the employees to give great customer service. Today Danny helped me to install windshield wipers, he attended to me immediately and was very friendly !

I wanted to thank angel at autozone on 137 and hawthorne. today i went in worried because my headlights weren’t working they’re was a long line, and i seen angel helping a customer and i asked him if he can help me, and he politely responded, after the line cleared up angel help me find the right bulbs for my car and he was able to install them for me, he was super kind and very helpful, and he knows what he is talking about.

The best staf all of them also otove knowledge and his wife great tem the crew should educate all of the others locations.
One of the worse autozon is over carson blvd between western and Normandy this location makes you feel intimidating and they also make customers beg.
It's sad.
But this one had left me super pleased.
Thank you guys .
We hope that they reward you by giving you guys a big raise of salaries.

Came in towards closing time.
Asked to see if my belt had any warranty.
They were unable to find my warranty from two months ago.
Told me belts have no warranty.
I checked their website and the Duralast belts have one warranty. Sad thing is a bought a valuecraft.
I was then able to find my receipts on the Autozone app.
They did not want to validate the 90day warranty/return, which is stated on the receipts.
At the end I was just going to purchase the new belt and that’s when they told me it wasn’t in stock.
Total waste of time, not sure why the website states pick up now nor why they didn’t tell me it was in stock since we started.

So I came yesterday and bought a battery, my mechanic cancelled and couldn't do it I took the battery back to Auto Zone with my receipt and I asked if they could install the battery it was 4:30 and he says they can't because it's dark and there are only 2 employees mind you his co worker just came back inside from helping someone ? Idk if I have to be attractive to them or what but I refuse to spend my money somewhere that cant even orovide the service I needed I promise auto zone will never get my money again. Oh I went to another auto zone for them to tell me the same thing it's only 2 employees in the store in Torrance and they couldn't help. ??♀️??♀️ I guess I will try on my own

I went to ask for part for my Acura Tl at soon I came in I ask for assistance the guy named Erik ask me if I need help but very rude and unprofessional way I give the oem part number and he right away told me they don’t have it with out not even checking I aks for supervisor and he told me he is the supervisor lol very bad experience with this company

I was going through an emergency. My mechanic wanted hundreds of dollars just to help me. Humberto helped me patch my car up for free. He also did a diagnostic test for me for free. And he gave me great advice.

One of my employees bought the wrong battery from autozone and when they came back to exchange it they said they didn’t have the battery in stock and gave my employees a hard time regarding returning it for store credit. I would not recommend coming to this autozone if you have a return as they won’t honor it.

Saturday, I was in AutoZone and had a question. I looked over and I saw an AutoZone Employee. I asked for help and he came over. Turns out that he was from another store entirely. He was just picking up parts for this Hawthorne store. Still, he helped me find the right oil for my car. Thank you, Andrew.
