Carlos is a very hard-working, humble yet talented small business owner that routinely over-delivers and a very fair price. He originally told me that it would take up to 5 days to fix and paint my Acura TSX and he pulled it off with top-quality work in only a day. Without me asking him, he detailed the entire interior and "armorall-ed" my leather seats and tires. I was so impressed when I got it back that I called him again to THANK him for such a positive experience. He takes better care of my car than I do. You must give him a call...”
“Mike is one of the nicest persons I've met. He's an awesome guy with a great trusting nature. If you don't want to be scammed or looted by body shops and insurance agencies, consider this repair company. He does anything and every automobile. I bought two new cars, one of which was a 2022 BMW 7-40i that was totaled, and he handled it like a champion!! “Update:Right, George thank you for being a standup guy and making things right! George was able to help and locate the rods and materials that I had provided and corrected the mistake. Sourcing those NLA parts weren't easy and it was a stressful moment. So trust this shop and I would say shops like this are getting harder and harder to come by. Ya, I did not ask for a copy of the work order but what rose from the experience was trust still exist...doing business the ole school way like way way way back...Original Review:What a bummer, I took a set of rods in for services and provided 8 rod bolts as replacement for the old ones. The deal was to press in those new rod bolts, new bushings, resizing the big ends, and balancing. So I went pick them up today, came home and found out they weren't the ones that I had sent in. One rod had a bit of pitting on the bearing surface, and what worst was they did not use the rod bolts that I had gave them. Those were some special rod bolts that I had ordered from UK, and totally $120. I hope they did not lose them and will do what's right...what is happening to pride and workmanship and delivering promises? I knew I could had bought a new set of rods for less but thought why not giving work to a local business. May be this local business didn't need work as it took 2 months to turn these around...what is going on here as this should be a 5 stars shop?”

“Short version - Just go here and save yourself a huge headache Long version - Had a cylinder misfire and wasn't under warranty anymore. Brought it to my dealer anyway, the mechanic there listened to it run for 3 seconds, said he knew for sure it needed a whole brand new engine and quoted me $15,000 for a swap so I left. Luckily I found this place and brought it in when they had availability. They fixed my issue without swapping the engine and replaced some additional parts all for around $1,800. They also showed me the old parts they removed and what was wrong with them and as a bonus, they washed my car and fixed my broken front hood latch just because. They actually care about the work they perform here and are 100% honest about everything. I have other shops closer to me but after this I will gladly bring my car here every single time.”
“International Auto Body is the only body shop I trust. Been using them for over 5 years. They have worked in my two Hondas for every accident, fender bender, clipped side mirror, and other damage. The process with them my insurance company always goes so smooth. They are very trustworthy and good people that do quality work. Sometimes they take me to Enterprise to pickup my rental car. I bought a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E in January and by May I had customized it by kissing a pillar in a parking structure on the driver side screwing up the front panel and charge port. Ivan was very professional in his estimate, including being very honest about any additional potential damage they might find once they removed the damaged parts. The entire repair was done in a week and it came out perfect - which is ultimately the goal. The cost was fair and reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Top notch work and service. “Great service at this shop. Came by initially with my wife's Honda to have them fix the dent on the back passenger door. The insurance team recommended these guys and I'm glad they did. After the paperwork part was worked out, Vic was able to schedule us in for service. Communication was excellent and easy. I had to come back a couple months later cause the wife and/or kids dragged the right lower molding off somewhere (don't ask). Vic was able to help me out and take care of replacing the molding with the quickness. I highly recommend these guys for your auto body needs.”
“I was referred to Adam by Bob of Bob's Auto Repair. Bob has worked on a couple of my cars over the years, and began servicing my 65 Mustang. While driving the Mustang, I was in a major accident on the 405. The gears locked up, and I spun out and slammed into a concrete divider on the freeway. The car experienced extensive damage, and was all but totaled. My first call, of course, was to Bob to get him to arrange a tow for me to his shop. While at his shop, I asked him if he knew anyone he'd recommend to repair the body damage, etc., thinking the car might not be salvageable. Without hesitation, Bob recommended Adam, who drove right over to look at the car. I told him I didn't know if it could be saved, and Adam assured me it could. Although the process started out a little rocky and took longer than both Adam and I had expected, primarily due to the back and forth with my insurance company, the end result was better than I could've ever expected. I'll admit I have OCD, and am super critical with details, especially when one of my cars is being repaired. If you're looking for a shop that does great work with an excellent eye for detail, I highly recommend Adam and ARS Collision. I want to thank Adam for going the extra mile and battling the insurance company on my behalf to obtain the most coverage possible.”
