“I’ve been hunting for this specific set of Recaro seats for a few weeks. I stumbled across them in a random YouTube video and had no idea this color combo even existed. Once I saw them, I knew I had to have them. What I didn’t realize was how limited they were and how tough they are to source.
From the very first call, Addison was beyond helpful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to deep-dive everything going on with Recaro availability, lead times, and the nuances of these special-order seats. He gave me more information in one conversation than I was able to find anywhere online.
What really stood out was his level of customer service. Genuine care, enthusiasm, transparency, and lightning-fast communication across phone, email, and text. He followed through on every single thing he said he would, and he was never pushy. Instead, he guided me, gave me the facts, and helped me make an educated decision on a very expensive purchase. These project-car parts aren’t cheap, and he made me feel 1000% taken care of throughout the entire process.
He even went as far as reaching out to his account reps directly and getting me a confirmed allocated pair of seats, which was huge. That kind of effort is rare these days, and it deserves recognition.

Ya, I did not ask for a copy of the work order but what rose from the experience was trust still exist...doing business the ole school way like way way way back...Original Review:What a bummer, I took a set of rods in for services and provided 8 rod bolts as replacement for the old ones. The deal was to press in those new rod bolts, new bushings, resizing the big ends, and balancing. So I went pick them up today, came home and found out they weren't the ones that I had sent in. One rod had a bit of pitting on the bearing surface, and what worst was they did not use the rod bolts that I had gave them. Those were some special rod bolts that I had ordered from UK, and totally $120. I hope they did not lose them and will do what's right...what is happening to pride and workmanship and delivering promises? I knew I could had bought a new set of rods for less but thought why not giving work to a local business. May be this local business didn't need work as it took 2 months to turn these around...what is going on here as this should be a 5 stars shop?”

“Short version - Just go here and save yourself a huge headache Long version - Had a cylinder misfire and wasn't under warranty anymore. Brought it to my dealer anyway, the mechanic there listened to it run for 3 seconds, said he knew for sure it needed a whole brand new engine and quoted me $15,000 for a swap so I left. Luckily I found this place and brought it in when they had availability. They fixed my issue without swapping the engine and replaced some additional parts all for around $1,800. They also showed me the old parts they removed and what was wrong with them and as a bonus, they washed my car and fixed my broken front hood latch just because. They actually care about the work they perform here and are 100% honest about everything. I have other shops closer to me but after this I will gladly bring my car here every single time.”
