I had a great experience on Saturday. Salesperson Brittany went above and beyond she first helped me try to return something but it was too late so I showed her a picture of a blouse I wanted and she saw me walking with a cane so she went and got my blouse. I tried it on she gave me her opinion and I bought it. I will definitely go back when I need something else. Thanks again for a great experience ?

Please dont shop at this unprofessional store especially online. Staff are argumentative, prejudice demeaning and discriminatory. They tried to continuously harass me with anonymous phone calls. I believe they tried to destroy my credit and reputation. This was after Ashley Stewart took my money and refused to process my order. Then no matter how many phone calls I made, Ashley refused to tell me why they wouldn't process my order. I spent much time calling my banks to get my money back and I still couldn't straighten out their disorganized mess. Ashley stewart repeatedly lied to me and denied me basic information. Ashley openly says on the website company page that they can discriminate against anyone!!!! . I shop for clothes at Bloomingdale's, Nordstroms Macys forever 21 and h and m. Even worse, some Ashley clothes irritate your skin and give you rashes. Their taffeta and polyester materials are cheaply made and nasty. Ashley seems like they have no intentions of giving me my money back or straightening out this situation. Please dont buy their merchandise, especially online. I refuse to do business with people who are prejudice and discriminate and mock their customers while they steal from them as part of a huge horrible fraudulent scam.

Instead of staring at the customers & looking at them like you better than them you should be saying hi let us know if you need help or can i help u find something, instead i watched them stand around talking to each other about whatever they was talking about, it also made me a bit uncomfortable to be stared at with no hello or hi..there were only 2 customers in the store, myself and another lady & we were helping each other match our jewelry with our clothes, ultimately i left without purchasing because the lady with braids looked at me like i stunk so i left...i have been a card holder for 15yrs & never have i been so offended...I'm assuming my nursing uniform was not appealing to her. Never again..i felt insulted..people these days
