“Good prices, knowledgeable staff willing to help you get the right part! My heater blower motor died just before a birthday dinner party. With their help I got the correct motor for a 50 year old heater, Kevin even reviewed the pictures I had and checked the fit of the new motor. It did require a rubber adapter to fit in the old frame. They gave me a good price and had the new motor in 1 day. It was a fairly easy install and my heater is back up and running in time for my party. You might find parts cheaper on Amazon but will it be the right part? How would you handle a return? Will amazon give you any advice? Working with a local company is SO much better.”

“I have never gone to this store and not received a greeting and a person asking me if I would like some assistance. Do I need to find anything? Can I help you? What a difference from Home Depot where are you you have to spend three days to find someone to answer a question. Way better store”
