I had a rude staff on 3/14/24 a bald hispanic and a black hair light skin female around 10:40 pm..They were mad because i accidently asked for a large bag of ice instead of regular size.. i apologized but they were still rude to me and i felt uncomfortable .. i spend money at this store 4-5 days a week because its around the corner of my home..I called a support number and i left my email and phone number ..Please terminate these employees and give some other deserving candidate with good customer service and patience and opportunity for employmentAlso the guy offered to fight me at 6 am when he got off his shift.. ??Again the this happened on 3/14/24Around 10:10pmThere was a lady around 20-25 yrs old hispanic .. and a bald hispanic around 22-30 yrs old and they were training a new female employee..Please terminate this group that makes me not want to go back

Please have someone check the ice machines and filters because I purchased ice to day and it had a real nasty taste to it!! ( I eat ice by itself) I've never crossed this issue at any other AmPm!!

I've noticed with the new owners they do not care how the customers are treated. I've been charged different prices for the same item. When I ask if the prices have changed I was told I don't look at the signs and ita nit the staffs fault.The employee couldn't explain why I'm charged different prices for the Fountain drink, only that I didn't read the sign. I have the individuals name but hv chose not to post it thinking maybe he has a family to support. Nonetheless this was nit my only encounter with rude staff!!Aside from that it would be nice to hear and variety of music and see diff ethnic backgrounds working there. I chose to give 2 starts for convenience only.Get it together, if u don't care for ur job allow sum1 that will be more courteous assist customers

ampm is a decent option for convenience store items, but it's not exceptional. The prices are reasonable, but the selection can be limited. It's worth checking out if you're in a pinch, but there are better options out there.

The only reason I didn't give give stars is because I didn't actually go inside. I dropped by for gas only. I appreciate how clean they are and how alert everyone is. I felt safe pumping gas although it was very late.

Do not buy ice from this location!!!! Back story: One of my pregnancy cravings is AM/PM crushed ice. Its like an everyday thing I usually visit the store on El Segundo but today I was rushing. Anyway today I visited this store for a 99 cent cup of ice. There were black particles floating all through the ice water. Apparently this store does not believe in cleaning their ice machine. Some one needs to call the health department!

For some reason they are no longer on yelp so either way they will still get my view: This place has changed drastically...and not for the better. Living in this neighborhood for years I have always visited this this ARCO/AMPM (snacks, gas, etc..). Recently they went through a management change and the difference is noticeable: The entire staff now is Hispanic, which I have no problem with unless your looking at fair hiring practices. The worst part is it is ALWAYS Spanish music playing; considering the population of the neighborhood they should consider switching it up a bit. The customer service has dropped drastically as well. I went in recently to purchase a can of beer. I paid with debit card and at no point during the transaction did the cashier ask me if I wanted a bag (they always do). So before I leave I tell her she didnt ask me and I cannot walk/drive with alcohol out in the open. She said its 10 cents which I am already aware of. I told her that she did not ask me and I am not swiping my card again for a dime. She looking at me and said sorry and walked away....really? Over a paperbag?! I almost had the nerve to have her void the transaction but I realize I just wont waste my money here anymore. Not like the gas is any good. If I want a drink w/ Spanish music all day I'll hit up one of my homies and go to a decent spot smh....

The ownership has changed. I miss the old workers, they were friendly and helpful.
