I tried making an appointment 2 times and both times I was told it would be 1-2 hours. They take appointments but walk-ins are mixed in so you have to wait regardless.
Making an appointment is pointless, just a was to get you in. I'll take my business down the street.
Not sure if the service is any good, didn't get that far but from the shady bait & switch, this place doesn't feel honest.

Caring and great customer service. The shop supposedly close at 6pm. When I got to the tire shop, it was 6:06pm and the rep was preparing to close. However, the two employees helped me , checked all tires and fixed the flat tire. Tony was very helpful and kind person to address my tire problem along with his coworker.

American tire Depot is my go-to place. Once again they were amazing. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it for free. A less honest place would have told me it was not repairable and charged me for a new tire. I've come here for years now and they are always so helpful and honest and very reasonable in their prices and recommendations. Special shout out to Tony who helped me throughout this process.
It was very easy to make an appointment and they are open 7 days a week. American Tire Depot will continue to get all of my tire and tire related business.

Previously gone to get a brake inspection but they told me they did not here anything while on the test drive which is odd because I here it all the time I drive, told me I had misaligned the brake pad from the piston so got charge $170. It didn’t not fix the noise so I come a two weeks later to tell them my issue is still occurring and had me wait two hours for my car to not even get checked out, just looked at it and told me it was the brake pads making the sound by just looking at the car ? How does that make sense.
