I ship with this company all the time. Beside Vanessa and Paul I have had a horrible expiernece other wise. Eric is a j*** with no customer service skills. I won't use them anymore due to him.

Don't know what kind of service you had with them... But I will tell you, it was the WORST I have ever experienced with a Trucking Company.. And I ship all over the World. Not only do they have the most rude staff at the front lines answering the phone. (For instance, here is a taste of my call to them) After receiving a Shipment slip STATING that it would be 3-5 Days and an actual Delivery date with a time on the paper (Not an estimated time an ACTUAL Delivery Date and Time).. I call them on that day, only for them to say "DID WE CALLYOU?", "Well then it's not gonna be delivered today"... YES, really, that's what they said.. So after a heated conversation with the OWNER (Jerry) who additionally was more of an a** than the lady who said the original statement, not only was it (1) day late, the Vendor promised an early morning delivery, only for Allstates to call back and say, NO it'll be there before 4:00pm (2 Days Later). No Need to say more!
