Today was my aunt's first time there and when I tell you that since we walked in everyone made you feel so comfortable especially Juan amador. He explained the whole process so she could understand it. It was a pleasure being seen by him. Look forward to seeing him again.

I am very grateful for Juan's excellent service and transparency. My Orthopedist sent me here, to see if a Foot insert would work better for my amputation. I came in for a review with (Juan Amador) and he told me the new Prosthetic I already have would work better than an insert. He said to keep trying the Prosthetic, and that after Summer I could comeback and he could try to do a knee length Prosthetic that could help me improve (Heel to Toe) movement when running and walking, and strengthen my leg muscles. People like Juan are leading the way in the Orthotics and Prosthetic industry. We need more people that will truly care for patients, and not just sell a product. Thank you so much Juan!

This place started great for me and has now been the worst experience as an amputee . The doctor would comment to the front staff how I am with time since he shows up an hour late to appts . I’ve had a squeak on my prosthetic for months and asked to see if it can be fixed . I already have a missing leg and now it squeaks . He didn’t fix it and said idk what it is . Says a lot right . It’s been almost 1 month now and I have yet to receive my new prosthetic leg . My leg is my livelihood and the amount of frustration I’ve had with them is ridiculous . I became an amputee 4 years ago so I’m still learning so imagine going to a place where they don’t care

Juan Amador fit my mom for some orthopedic shoes. He made her feel very comfortable and is funnyman. Highly recommend this location.

I just wanted to write another review because my follow up with Juan was great. He respected my time and my insoles that I picked up today were a perfect fit. It's great to know that I did not have to make any additional modifications of the insoles once I got home.

My insurance company sent me here to pick up my boot. The problem was, my Doctor's office couldn't fax the paper work to this business, because their fax machine was always down. I had to call myself, and ask for someone's cell phone which I texted my paper work to pick up my boot. I needed a boot because I injured my left foot toe. It was very inconvenient to get my boot.

Useless. Gave me the wrong brace when I drove hour to pick it up. When arranged the replacement to be delivered they told me 3-5 days. Delivered almost 2 weeks later when it wasn’t much relevant anymore. And only after I called the office, again, on day 10, and complained (it was delivered 2 days after I complained). If to get help you need to get yourself stressed out first, they shouldn’t be in healthcare.

Wish I could give them less than one star . I need a special orthotic in my shoes to prevent further injury . I was referred to alcam never dealt with them before will never deal with them again . Had an appointment in October with a physician's assistant who took cast of my foot . And that they had received my shoes and made the proper orthotic thatt had shoes that were the wrong Style wrong size wrong color . And she knew nothing about the custom orthotic . But yet they were trying to cram this stuff down my throat I guess because I am a senior citizen and wouldn't know any better . The physician's assistant then made molds of my worn out Orthotics and told me technicians would be in touch with me in 2 or 3 days . After a week I called my insurance company and told them what was happening and I was totally concerned that they would not get it right and cause me more problems . My insurance company agreed and assigned me a new company . This company had my shoes and Orthotics done within 2 weeks and done correctly ! To this day I have never had any further correspondence from alcam telling me

My dad needed new farrow wraps. They said he HAD to come in and be measured. After being measured they sent my 6' 3" dad size XS wraps. They didn't go around his legs. They finally sent the correct size but months later he is still missing the new feet wraps.

I give this place a bad rating because I was referred over to them for some shoes to be made as I am a type 2 diabetic when they made the shoes I only had one side of two toes amputation when the shoes they made me ( leather) I ended up with my other feet with a amputation 2 toes. when I tried to reach out to the corporate office they never responded Now I'm in need of new shoes but I will not use this place again .

If I could I'll give it 0 starts the receptionist is just on her personal phone talking about her personal life instead of taking care of the patients call or helping them
