12/19 Latin woman tells me God bless you. Sarcasm for not being able to answer my question. Why is she charging me $5 for a coffee and muffin? I'm only buying a medium coffee and I don't want the muffin or it's discount. If I'm going to gain rewards on my phone #, let it be a reduced price for my coffee alone. She kept insisting to charge with a muffin I'm not getting. There isn't a discount, but she keeps telling me I'm getting discounted. Using my discount for something I don't want??? I want a coffee and gain a free coffee over time, not a free muffin today. And she has the nerve to have a attitude because I don't want what she's offering. If I'm going to get something on earned rewards, it's gonna be a free coffee, not a muffin I don't want.

This 7 Eleven is under new management..... terrible workers there now. The owner of the store is no better. I have been patronizing this location for over 20 years. It no longer feels like my local 7 Eleven. I recommend that you go to the one right up the street at 137th and Hawthorne bl.

Watch for a .15 cent grocery fee. I have recently inquired about this fee to a local 7-11 cashier. And the response was that it was a bag fee. Which in return I threw a fit about. For two reasons. 1st reason being that I didn't ask for a bag nor did I receive a bag. And 2nd being that I noticed this fee a few years back but had just assumed that it was some weird local tax in Los Angeles. Anyways, my main frustration right now is , does this happen everywhere? Has 7-11 been quietly making millions of dollars charging for bags that they aren't actually selling? Has anyone else noticed this happening? I can't be the only one!
