Michelle has been so helpful and is honest with her pricing with medication that isn't covered by my insurance. Everyone has been struggling with inventory but they have been able to accommodate me with what they have. “The customer service and attention they give you as a customer is really amazing. The owner henry. He actually cares about getting you the best price for your medication. For my grandmother he was able to use Medicare and medical for another medication which now will save my grandmother 2400 a year. Considering she is on a fixed income that is huge for her. CVS and other stores never was able to do that for her. Overall I give this place a 5 stars.”

“So I have been coming to med compounders for the last couple of years as they are in my neighborhood in Bixby Knowles, the pharmacist, and the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to service their customers from their candles to their medicine To their knowledge everything is grade A!! They always answer the phone on the first or second ring completely different than any of these big chain pharmacies. If you’re looking for a small town feel with a wealth of knowledge, please switch to this Pharmacy you won’t be disappointed Don Culver .”
“My dog, Daisy just had heart valve surgery. She was prescribed 4 medications, 2 to be given twice each day/and 2 to be given every 12 hours. Two were very small tablets, one being heart-shaped that had to be divided into 1/4 doses. I used a new sharp pill cutter and was able to get only one piece from the pill that equaled a 1/4 dose, the rest crumbled or was jagged and had to be discarded. The other pill was a round tablet but even smaller and had to be divided, with the same bad result. I was told by a pharmacist that the problem could be solved by having the pills compounded to have the dosage contained in one pill. I called Triad Pharmacy that afternoon and spoke to Dr. Miller who explained to me that my prescriptions could be compounded, either to liquid form or a capsule in the exact dosage. I chose capsules. Just a few hours later his staff member kindly called me to let me know that they had received the prescriptions from the hospital. And at the end of that same day, Dr. Miller called and told me that one prescription was in the mail and would arrive the next day which it did. He also called to make sure I had seen it and that the other would follow the next day. They were delivered by Next Day Service. I look forward to visiting the pharmacy to thank Dr. Miller and his staff for helping me with what was a very difficult time (trying to portion out the proper dosage) for Daisy.”

“I am forever grateful for you all at St Mary’s Pharmacy. I have been going here for over five years and I’m happy to see the new location doing well and were able to open a new location to serve our community. They have come into save the day for me countless times when I have forgotten to request my refills prior to the weekend and they always have been so sweet. There are pharmacies in my past path that for some reason see what you take and decide to create a judgment on your behalf and never have I felt this with St Mary’s team. I can not tell you how happy I am have them handling my medication needs that even when I was away from the city I made sure I did the four hour+ trek to civilization to get my medications from them and them only. I always will be a client and consider them family that really cares.”

“There’s a reason this CVS has this high of a rating in comparison to the typical 2 star you see. The people that work here care about you. Honestly the best CVS you’ll ever go to and the nicest pharmacist and pharmacy technicians you’re ever going to meet. They’re patient, kind, and provide the best experience. They offer to check medication prices for you to try and save you some bucks — where else have you seen anyone offer anyone that at any pharmacy?! I no longer live close by but still send all my meds here because it’s worth it. They order your meds for you and don’t just say “welp, it’s not in stock”. They also call (if you don’t pickup, leave you voicemails) to let you know if for some reason, your medication wasn’t filled and try to troubleshoot and let you know how to resolve it. Like I said, 10/10 service and kindness at this location. Everyone here deserves a raise.”

“Champion RX Pharmacy is top notch! My mother lives in a residential care home in Laguna Hills and Champion RX is the home's pharmacy. They deliver all medications to the home on a timely basis. They have 2 deliveries per day, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Recently my mother had a UTI. I called her doctor at 4:45pm and the antibiotics were delivered to her home that evening. Now that's service! The pharmacists and staff are highly trained and always willing and able to answer any questions we have about medications. Rachael is especially helpful. She goes the extra mile to provide great customer service. In addition to timely deliveries, all of the medications are packaged on foil backed, easy to open bubble pack cards. This saves time and makes it simple and mistake proof to manage medications. Long story short, I highly recommend Champion Pharmacy!”

Truly, Godwin and Michael, are empathetic 10+ professionals. I am impressed with staff assistance. Yesterday, I needed to contact: it hurts to talk on the phone as I am a survivor of 42 stab wounds - severe throat lacerations. I was astounded: an executive responded with help I needed. In an age where technology more and more replaces human contact, I can attest that it truly was wonderful to have a human empathetic response. God Bless You All.”
