Most recently, Lulu had surgery to remove a tumor located in a very sensitive area that was performed by Dr. Cho with precision and excellence. Dr. Cho is an outstanding veterinarian who is diligent in explaining with clarity all details of procedures provided. I am very pleased with the results of Lulu's surgery and have nothing but high praise for Dr. Cho and his exemplary staff. I am grateful for the Ciel Animal Hospital going above and beyond to provide the best care for our precious Lulu.

11856 E Carson St, Hawaiian GardensI found 3 Caprichos Cafe on Yelp during a Christmas shopping run when a ceviche craving hit out of nowhere. I also love supporting small local businesses, so I was happy to land at a true neighborhood spot tucked into a shopping center. I ordered the house salsa ceviche and ate it there. The woman at the counter was genuinely friendly, gave me a heads-up that it runs spicy, and even offered to adjust the heat when I told her I like spice but spice doesn't always like me back. Thoughtful and appreciated. Seating is limited, so it's more of a quick bite than a hangout situation. And since I was eating inside, the TV being on and pretty loud made it feel like I was eating in my living room instead of being out at a cafe. A little music would've instantly made the vibe feel more "out to lunch." Now the important part: the ceviche. It was fresh, flavorful, and hit that tangy, citrusy, slightly spicy, slightly acidic balance that ceviche needs. No complaints. It absolutely handled the craving. If you're in the area and want friendly service plus solid ceviche, 3 Caprichos Cafe is worth a stop.

He handed my drinks and fruit cup as seen in the photo and I was impressed. Both drinks tasted great and the fruit was fresh and sweet.

I read past reviews and I have to say, just come in and appreciate the list of goodies provided. I'll be honest, I got lazy to make anything at home, but I do appreciate this place for existing around the corner to help me make a better choice for breakfast. 12515 E Carson St, Hawaiian GardensWhile almost everything was closed on Christmas Day, this restaurant was open, and we were so grateful. We stopped by to order food because, let’s be honest—we love tamales and pozole, but after a while you want to change your palate and have something that’s not Mexican.
It was really nice of them to stay open for the holiday and offer takeout for everyone. Even though there were probably only two or three people cooking and taking orders, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate them being open on a holiday.
The wait was long, but it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious! We ordered sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, chow fun noodles, BBQ pork, and vegetable egg rolls—and everything was amazing.
