I called the shop on a Monday morning because I had coolant leaking from my automobile. A man answered the phone and he was very friendly. He told me that they could see me same day and that I didn't need to make an appointment or anything. I came in and was quoted a reasonable price based on what I seen during my research and I picked up my car same day. The mechanic was courteous.

It's hard to find a good, honest, mechanic these days. Most of the shops around me will nickel and dime you like crazy. This place was recommended by a handful of my friends when the clutch on my car went out. Spoke with John and he not only squeezed me into his busy schedule, he finished the huge job in just a day. Great service and most importantly, super honest and fair in price! 10/10 highly recommend!

This review is not from my experience of going to this shop but my experience of calling. As I was looking for a place to get my car maintenance done, I called this shop to ask some general questions about their availability. The man that answered the phone was straight up rude and spoke in a manner as if I was wasting his time. I am sure that this place has decent to great in person experience but if I'm going to be treated as a waste of time, I will take my money elsewhere. Please do better in handling your customers over the phone. We are looking for help and call for your help and service, if that's not what you are here to do, please just get rid of your phone.

I had a fantastic experience at Kims Auto Repair / Jerry’s Radiator shop! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to fix my car quickly and very efficiently. The service was top-notch, and they provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. My car now runs better than ever, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend this mechanic shop for their exceptional service and expertise. Five stars all the way!! Thank you again John and the rest of your team!!

I went in for an oil change, and next thing u know I need brakes, tires. And my oil change costed me like $40 over normal price.

Took our car in for 1 tire replacement. The guy told us all the brakes were worn out and needed replacement, and added additional item charges and labor fees!! My brakes were less than 4 years old and has ABSOLUTELY NO WEAR on them, certainly did NOT need to be replaced. Total scam. Very dishonest!! Go elsewhere! I will certainly never be returning again.
