Do not trust this insurance company! The canceled my insurance because I didn't make a payment for the pandemic month of March. Now they are telling me I have to start over and pay up to 400 again just to start. I repeat do not trust this insurance company!!

Fred Loya's employees on highland ave have a problem with people of color BLACK PEOPLE. I will NEVER do business with them again. I suggest you do the same. Employees should be respectful to the customer that pays your check. Without their business you would not have a paycheck. I hope this post finds you to review your policies on handling customers with better poise and sensitivity.

It's really annoying because they try to draft the payments on the 11th when my actual payment isn't due until the 16th. I just called to let them know that I was annoyed how they constantly called and that my payment would be made by the actual due date and some woman, wish I would've gotten her name because she deserves to be put on blast, hung up on me while I was talking. So thanks to that woman I will be looking for auto insurance elsewhere. Get your s*** together Loya insurance :)
