Nancy saved the day for me. I had gotten my registration renewal notice and received our vanity plates afterwards making the notice invalid for online or kiosk renewal. So I figured I'd go to AAA since I had gone there for registration renewal in the past. After waiting at AAA (basically the new DMV) for almost 2 hours I was finally called and then told I could only use cash, check or an actual credit card, not a debit card. Since I only had my debit card I left and ended up finding this business. When I got there the dmv system was down so Nancy took my info and promised to call me as soon as it was up. I got her call about 45 minutes later and she and had my tags and new registration ready for pickup. She went above and beyond and I am thankful for her help. With this kind of service I will be going there to renew from now on.

She couldn't help me with my problem but the lady was very nice and tried to at least help me with what she could I bought an auction car and it seems like the car had been from one place to another too many and that was pretty much the problem they wanted the bill of sales for the car so I have to go acquire signatures

I had the worst Friday trying to transfer title and register my RV at the DMV. Since the pandemic, they don't take walk in's and only take appointments for certain things. The girl working the line at the DMV had so much attitude, I was livid. Went home and tried the website again and it just goes in circles. Then I spent 2 hours on hold on the phone with them before I decided to call Fleet and they said they could help. Monday I went in to Fleet and they were friendly, helpful, knowledgable, fast and it was the exact opposite of my experience at the DMV. My title transfer was complicated because I bought the rv from a small used dealer in Oregon but was given the title from an older couple in Anaheim the dealer bought it from and the ladies at Fleet were able to sort it all out with no problem. I got the transfer, registration, tags and license plates! I thought I would have to wait weeks for plates but they had them right there in my hands. I'm so excited to get on the road in my new home! Thank you Fleet! You made my week!!!!

Fleet Vehicle Registration Service came as a recommendation. Now I recommend them as well. The best office to get your registration renewed! I called first and got this very helpful lady on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and patient. When I got to their office I got to work with the same lady. She is a rock star. She made the whole process very pleasant and fast. Forget AAA or DMV. I know where I'm doing business.
