As of 4/18 vacuums machine’s aren’t working have really low power unable to use properly although I asked clerk was told they’ve been trying to get them fix but not guaranteed

Car wasn't even close to dry and the kid working had a bad attitude and was yelling at me to stop as he was waving and telling me to pull forward. Huh? Got a decent wash without the attitude a month ago.

Buy the unlimited sticker for 20.00 a month if you plan on washing your car once a week, I wish I had a year ago...would have saved myself at least 100.00

I've been bringing my personal and work trucks to both locations for many years. I've been getting my vehicles washed and paying for the 5 Star wash since they introduced it in Vacaville. Today I go in for my 10th wash which has been free for years and was informed that there is a $7 fee for my wash. Didn't state that on my card and management didn't seem to care when I voiced my objection. I know my business is only a drop in the bucket for them but they've lost a loyal long time customer.

Wow I haven't been here in years...... but I came today.... Big mistake!!! Take a goood look at the car scrubbers full of mold and dirty. These really need to be updated. Their vaccums suck. I moved 2 times and their vaccums here suck. Don't waste your time here.Don't recommend
