takes forever for this gym to do repairs on machines. Plus, bathroom stall door doesnt fully close its been a week and nothing done about it. sucks when the gym is busy and you have to wait for a stall

I saw many members put up trash even if it was out of their way. Later in my workout I could see these same members help others when asked. Over all great just crowded.

Why are the message chairs always broken?? There was only one that worked out of 4. If it’s not that then there are people sleeping on the chairs not even getting a message smh! WTH, that is not what I am paying for!!

I’m beyond excited and glad to have an afternoon-evening class on Friday and SPECIFICALLY Ayesha Goodall’s classes for the Xtreme Hip Hop and Bands and Booty. I really get a workout in her classes so this extra day for another class was very much needed. I cant thank EoS enough that my request was granted! I’ve been enjoying Body Balance on Tuesdays. I’ve been hoping to see a HIIT or Circuit class that teaches the standard workout stations !

Water aerobics is great! Low/no impact aerobics in a pool with the right temperature! Good music and fun people to relate to. Instructors know what they're doing.Locker room needs a little more attention - bring your own soap for the shower.Edit 5/2024: locker room still needs attention. At least they fixed 2 of 4 showers that were down. Two to go. Water pressure is still bad. With improved water.pressure? Rinsing soap off would be faster and club eould save water! Spinner for bathing suits needs repair before someone is injured using it. Black mold in corners of showers, body oils collecting under rim of pool & hot tubs needs scrubbing. (People don't know etiquette of showering AFTER steam or sauna, before pool or hot tub.) Recently, pool temp is down 2 degrees. It is very noticeable when you enter and while swimming or exercising.Locker room is ice cold.HG facility has some of the very best instructors. Parking is getting difficult. It would help if EOS wrapped van wasn't hoarding very closest space next to front door.Fewer people taking photos in locker room since signs were added ON THE MIRRORS to remind the egotistical that it is not appropriate. It's a start!In spite of wrapped "maintenance truck' always sitting in the closest parking space, there are still showers out of service. One is marked, the other has a clogged drain - for several weeks now. We heard maintenance only comes once a month! Upper mgt needs to reconsider that!Pool has been a bit cooler lately. Finding parking is more difficult in general at this facility.Classes are excellent, the variety of instructors means more opportunities for members; and we don't get bored!Please keep the variety of classes and instructors! They're GREAT! Also thankful you continue to stock enough equipment for all attendees to have what they need!

Hello, I'm Adam! I have been a member of this gym for 9 months (it is June 2024). I am not a big fan of exercise but the first time I went I loved the place! Starting with the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the steam room, the movie room.The place is so big, clean and the team is so complete. I highly recommend it to my friends.Besides, it is healthy to exercise and I have seen my own health progress throughout all this time.EOS Fitness is so good that it is full all day long, sometimes I prefer to go in the early morning to do exercises that I can't do during the day. Also, the three options regarding the prices of the place are very good and I have been to other gyms but the truth is, this one It is the best. I hope they continue to open branches throughout the United States because I travel a lot.

It's dirty, it smells ,it's so hot, so crowded of teenagers on their phones while they sit for way to long on the machines and talk or take pictures, weights are sitting all over the gym. Employees aren't supervising. Bad experience.
