DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! Mercury insurance sent me here. They DO NOT do quality work. Someone hit me & it was only a small body repair of the driver side rear quarter panel. There was suspension damage to the rear wheel as well. I pick it up & they had used a new panel that didn't fit right & they forced it in at the bottom scraping the inside edge of the rear bumper it abutted to. It was too short so didn't match the rear bumper edge as well as being too short & didn't reach the vinyl trim piece over the rear wheel. As it went up the side to go over the rear tail light it bowed upward from being forced in where it didn't fit. You could see under the panel & as it came up over the rear taillight it was bowed upward & outward. They took off & didn't replace a trim piece on the door, busted a rubber piece on the front edge of the rear door & didn't replace & scraped paint off the bottom edge of the rear door when they took it off to weld the new piece over the door. The door wasn't damaged in the accident, they damaged it.
I requested a new quarter panel because they had already buckled & ruined this one when it didn't fit right. I drop the car back off for them to repair again. I got a rental car & realized I forgot 2 pkg tags I needed & went back by there. They had taken off the rear tail light & were beating on the new paint at the top of the panel with what looked like a rubber hammer trying to bend it down.
I have never had an experience so unprofessional. This was a very small accident & was upsetting enough but for Mercury to send me to such a horrible place is simply unforgivable. Can you imagine what they do when a car is completely crashed! Please do not put yourself thru this. Do not go to this autobody shop whether your insurance wants you to go there or not!

First off I'd like to start off by saying that I choose this place because I saw that they worked on custom cars. I saw one on their property that had a really nice paint job on it. So I figured if they could do custom cars / custom paint, then they'd have no problem doing a regular paint job. The 1st time I took my car here they replaced the front bumper. The repair on that was fine. The 2nd time around I took my car here for a 2nd accident, I had to bring my car back twice. I brought it back twice, because they missed damage that was at the very front of the fender. Prior to me moving into an apartment, I use to spend quit a bit of time working on my own car, as well as being under it and inside of it tinkering with stuff. Especially because I don't trust people working on my car. They always leave screws and bolts missing. Anyhow, after my car was repaired, I noticed that they actually used a big blue tapcon screw to replace one of the screws in the fender well of the bumper. I had also noticed that the front license plate holder was all scratched. When I took my car here for the first accident, just before I left, I asked the guy to put on the license plate holder. It was brand spanking new, and I never got a chance to put a license plate on it. So clearly they had the license plate holder on the ground, getting dragged around and scratched up. I left it alone and didn't bother with it, seeing that my car was already at this place for quite some time. Aside from this, one of those black caps that some bumpers usually have in place for fog / bumper lights which maybe on upgraded models, fell out of my bumper. This pissed me off, because I had LED lights on those for quite some time. And as a matter of a fact, now that I'm writing this, it also reminds me that those were working when I took my car in, and when I got it back, they were no longer working. I called and spoke to one of the guys up there who said he would order them and let me know when they come in. I never got a call back from him. I no longer care about it, as I could easily get some from Pick-A-Part. I don't want these people touch my car again. And last but not least, they actually stole my portable car jump starter from my car. My car has a dash cam which is hard wired to my cars battery, and also runs from a hidden power bank. I always keep my portable jump starter in a roadside rescue bag in my trunk. They went into that bag to get the wheel nut locks to remove the front tires. And while doing that, they stole it. Going through the reviews on Google for this place, another guy complained about stuff getting stolen from his car by this place. So take your chances if you want to.

Don't go here. They have terrible customer service and only seem to care about "insurance jobs" where they can gouge prices.

My car was smashed in the right front fender, light, and grill. This shop made my car looks brand new!! It was fast and communication was clear and friendly. I highly recommend this business. I have a Chrysler 300 sport and it's beautiful again! Thank you!!

This body shop does excellent work and is very honest. I knew I didn't need to go to another shop to shop around for estimates or a more honest shop since I was paying out of pocket/outside of insurance. Instead of urging me to have the repairs done right away I was told by Tom Sr that the work I needed wasn't urgent and that there was no rush for me to get the work completed due to the cost. The price was also very fair and reasonable. I know this because I work for an auto insurance company. I hope that I'll never need your services again but if I do my business will return to Cypress Auto Body. Thank you so much! The *only* thing I wish happened differently was better communication that my car wasn't going to be ready by the time I was told. However, this is a very minor issue to me because when I called to follow up I received very instant responses, so this doesn't affect my overall rating.

My buddy accidentally side swiped the front bumper of my 2016 Crosstrek. We took it here & I'm happy we did. The price was fair compared to other local shops and the work was legit w/ quick turnaround time. My Subie looked good as new. Solid business, for sure. Thank you, Cypress Auto Body

5-4-21: Picked up my car after some nameless A-hole backed into my parked car and took off. At least the team here at Cypress Auto Body took good care to fix my car good as new. It's been close to two weeks now and so far, there is nothing to complain about with the repairs. Thanks for your help and for making the process easy...

This is the 2nd time I've been to the auto body shop and have never been disappointed. The turnaround was quick , the price fair and the customer service outstanding. I hope to never need repair on my automobile but if I do this business will be my first choice.
