Deen is knowledgeable and patient. I had a defective phone and was angry because I thought the Cricket service was the problem. Turns out Deen was correct that it was actually the phone was defective. I returned the phone and purchased a new one and sure enough everything worked fine with the cellular service. Thanks Deen!
