Truly, Godwin and Michael, are empathetic 10+ professionals. I am impressed with staff assistance. Yesterday, I needed to contact: it hurts to talk on the phone as I am a survivor of 42 stab wounds - severe throat lacerations. I was astounded: an executive responded with help I needed. In an age where technology more and more replaces human contact, I can attest that it truly was wonderful to have a human empathetic response. God Bless You All.”
“My cousin and I went here having never played Bingo before, just thinking it would be something fun to try out. It was fun but this place is intense! Went on a Sunday night for the last session, walked in while they were finishing up the last ten games from the previous session and it was dead silent. The place was packed but everyone is focusing on the game, not talking. Which I soon understood because there is literally no time to talk. The staff we approached literally sighed out loud when told them we had never played before. They gave us a few cheat sheet print outs but made it apparent we'd be figuring the rest out on our own. The minimum purchase is $50 for two books that have to be used at the same time by one person (splitting is not allowed) So you are looking at 8 Bingo cards every time a number is called. Plus you are trying to remember/look for the winning configuration that changes every single game. (We were expecting just five in a row is Bingo- Nope!) We were lucky enough to sit across from a very nice lady that helped us out and would remind us to daub our free spot lol After about the second game she looked over and told me I would've won 4 numbers ago if I had marked them all correctly. She said it's better to just focus on one sheet each so if we get a Bingo we can actually see it. We did that and it was much more fun at a much more reasonable pace (only 4 cards to look at instead of 8). Yeah it essentially made the cost of each sheet $2 instead of $1 but at least this way we could enjoy it. I ended up getting a Bingo but had to split it with another player so I got $125. Still pretty good! They go around throughout night selling pull tabs for $10 each that they play at designated times throughout the night. There were also floor specials listed as $2 each that were played throughout the night but we didn't see them being sold so I'm guessing they sold out at early sessions since the prizes on those were in the thousands and they were cheap to buy. Overall we had fun but it wasn't a relaxing time. They do have a good snack bar though so get there early to get stocked up on treats and go over the rules before it begins because once it starts, you better be ready!”
