These dickheads have a package of mine that stupid UPS delivered here (without even attempting to deliver to me), but CKC does not answer their fuckin phone when you call them for help. All I get is a very sarcastic and condescending voicemail box message from some woman. This place is useless and did not do what the company I ordered from told me they should do, which is give my package back to UPS for redelivery. Not sure why UPS would even deliver packages here, but they need to stop because this place is useless and couldn't care less about getting people's packages to them when they are dropped off here. From the looks of other reviews on this place, I see that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction with their "customer service" (if you could even call it that).

I came here (one hour drive time) to pick up an order it's posted it opens at 3pm once get here to call number and give them order code I follow instructions at 3pm and please see picture I'm still sitting here waiting for it to open along with others. This business is junk and I will not do. Business ever again here. I'll be stuck with nothing I ordered sitting in Friday traffic and having to come back Horrible business practices

She was very helpful and very quick to serve everyone waiting, even with her speed she is still very attentive to detail and definitely went out of her way to answer questions I had about my paper work.

CKC should truly review their hours of operation posted here and in other sites to avoid future confusion. However, Celia is responsible and diligent enough to call their costumers back letting them know over the phone when the shop will be open/close. She’s nice and patient and the store does offer a wide variety of services.

Eh. Came in the morning at 8am when they opened (set time on website and outside window) I waiting until 8:15 until someone actually came in to open. Then waited an additional 15min to have someone else do my actual services requested. Inconsistent and inconvenient

I was notified by UPS that my package was delivered at 11:56 am and when I arrived at 12:45 the business was closed with no information about when it will open. The delivery instructions stated as well as the business info on website that they are open from 8:00 am till 7:00 pm. How do we know when we can pick up our package? Not very convenient at all!!!!

This office has great service. She is nice, has a great sense of humor and is very professional. We had some legal papers notarized, and we also find out she does tax return services. Also we currently found out her office is a UPS access point where you can pick up packages that UPS takes back for not being home when delivering. I definitely recommend CKC Notary Services to anyone. We'll definitely be back for future services.
