He told me that they could see me same day and that I didn't need to make an appointment or anything. I came in and was quoted a reasonable price based on what I seen during my research and I picked up my car same day. The mechanic was courteous.”

“Recently received my 356 build.. Can’t say enough for the build quality of their work paint and detail was so good that I didn’t have to do any correction work before coating.. Anna was fantastic answering any questions that I had. When the car arrived in S. Florida unfortunately there was a brake issue, Greg arranged a local shop to repair, overnighted the part.. Being a former new car dealer I certainly understand sometime “sh*t” happens.. it’s how it’s handled that tells you what a builder or dealer is worth. They could not have handled it any better. You can deal with them with confidence. Thanks again guys!”

“The staff at empire collision have dealt with all of our families insurance claims throughout the the years so when my son had an accident it was Empire we contacted. The staff at empire worked with my 18 yr old son finding parts and discounting rates for him to avoid what would have been a crippling insurance claim. “It was my first time going there. Most shops I've gone to that are like this have less than mediocre customer service and condescending mechanics when I go alone. I was pleasantly surprised with Justin's professionalism. He did a fine job summarizing the solution (airbag light randomly came on) so someone without much knowledge on cars could understand. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to conceal the fact that my car was actually still safe to drive. It's not the prettiest shop, but the honesty and professionalism are top notch :)”
