I just bought a car here a week ago. I needed a van with a third row seat because i have large family. They were able to get me hooked up with a nice van and it's been running smooth. i will definitely shop here again if i ever need another vehicle.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! BAD BUSINESS AND WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! RUDE, DISCRIMINATORS & CROOKS! My complaint is, I was denied a car that I was interested in purchasing at Andrews auto that is located in 11840 Carson Street Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716. I had my down payment that this dealership had said I would need in order to qualify to purchase this 2005 Acura. Once I had called and informed them I have everything they needed from me. I informed the salesperson that I have the down payment that the bank approved us for and they still shund me away and the way they did. This is when I was treated unfairly and was discriminated by Mike by not giving a valid reason as to why I was denied in purchasing this car. When I had called and asked to speak to Mike, (Mike's title is, principal.). I asked, is to "why this vehicle I was interested in is no longer available?." Mike responded , it just isn't. I then said, that's not a valid explanation as to why im denied this vehicle. I asked him, do you know why you're not going to sell it to me?. He said, yes I do and I don't have to tell you why. Just go to another dealership because you can't get the car after all. That is when he rudely hung up on me. I don't know what kind of business they are running but that is not good customer service at all. I also would like for this to be shown publicly so in the future people will know what type of business ANDREW'S AUTO is really all about because he is not at all what he claims to provide in his website. This place of business has very poor customer service because they do not know how to professionally speak and treat people in a dignified manner. If I had an option to just leave a review and not give them a star I would.

I love Andrew's auto. Mike is a very nice guy and helps you find what car fits you better for your financial need. Been having car for 3 years never gave me a problem!
