Love this place! Great customer service and quality of parts. Most of the stuff is sourced in america and germany which is much better then the china crap everyone else carries. This family business has stayed true over the years and the quality is the same if not better as it was back then. The general manager Todd is very helpful. He helped me with my questions and helped me pick out the right products I needed for my bus. I will for sure be coming back in the future. Keep up the great work y'all!

I have bought products from them for years, through mail order and on-line, and they have always provided great service. I am thankful they make many of their products in the USA, or source from Germany, and the quality is very good. My vehicles have included 1971 Std. Beetle (owned since 1995), 1963 Beetle (owned since 2012) and a 1973 Thing (sold).

I placed an order on Monday, and I received it by Tuesday afternoon, standard ground!Back in 1999 when I redid the top on my '67 convertible, the ONLY rear window seal that would work and fit properly with the original aluminum trim in place was WCM! All the other 'top name' vendors I tried were terrible, and wouldn't fit right. 25 years later, it's held up flawlessly with no signs of cracking. WCM seals are simply the best available!

If your looking for VW parts call West Coast Metric. Ask for ANGEL. He is knowledgeable, helpful and a really great guy to talk to. I use to buy my VW parts at other places but thanks to ANGEL this will be the place I go too.

Have been using WCM for over 25 years- got to visit today from Florida, not expecting an impromptu tour, but it happened- what a great crew there. West Coast Metric is an amazing VW shop. They have everything you might need to restore or repair a VW no matter how old it is. Angel Fuentes went the extra mile when he found out that they did not carry a certain trim for "pop-out" windows for our 1970 VW Fastback. This trim matched trim that they carried for the front windshield and rear window. He got busy, and in one day got the trim for us and shipped it. The main point of this message is to let everyone know the amazing customer service you will receive and also, if you don't see the part you need in their online store, just give them a call to see if they can get it for you.

I needed some help with some not normal questions. I reached out to Angel and customer tech.It’s really hard these days to find customer service or a technician that will go beyond the call of duty to help a customer out. Not only did he go out of the way he sent me some pictures of his Volkswagen in regards to the location of some items I needed to know where they’re. Located. On his own time!I don’t know about you, but these days it’s real hard to find someone that cares enough that goes out of their way to help a customer out.Angelo thank you very kindly. I ordered a windshield for my 75 beetle sedan from West Coast Metric. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, we had several emails back and forth. In the end with the patient help of Roxanne in the accounting department the matter was sorted out. Thank you so much! I will definitely shop here again, and will recommend West Coast Metric to anyone seeking VW parts.

Todd the CEO at West Coast Metric looks after customers the way us old timers are used to. I've talked to the lady that answers the phones as well as parts people, all knowledgeable and kind. They have the quality parts I need. I am doing 2 restorations simultaneously. You cant go wrong spending your money here!
