This is a terrible horrible Walgreens I mean seriously. The employees that works there are mean, rude, inconsiderate, and racist. But the racist part is what I always go through in every store no matter what. But at this Walgreens there is this particular employee that just doesn't like me. And I am sure it has to be the color of my skin because I never see her treat any other customers as mean and rude like the way she treats me. Each and every time I come into that store it's almost as if she is uncomfortable with me being in there. Like because I am very observant and I pay attention to how relaxed she seems when I first walk in the store and she doesn't see me in there quite yet. She was all laughing it up with her co-workers and smiling and making jokes and everything. So she hadn't noticed that I was there yet but as soon as she did finally see me in the store her whole domineer changed. It was like she was committed to watching me like she was so sure that I was going to take something. So then finally once I've gotten all my items and I'm getting in line to pay. It was like she calmed down because now I will be leaving so now it just seemed like she felt better seeing that soon I will be gone. So I get to the register and of course she's the one who has to ring up my items. So once I've paid for my items and usually well sometimes while you are completing your transaction the thing sometimes gives you the option of paying for a bag on the machine. But it didn't do that this time so I asked my nemesis for a bag. And she goes 10 cents, mind you I have these freezing cold drinks and I have more than one. On top of that they are in cans plus it is night time and it's cold outside. So I figured just out of common courtesy and just having good work ethic that she would have seen that that would be a bit of a problem for me so most good people just out of consideration would have just given me the bag before I had even asked. Because they would've noticed that it would be a little uncomfortable for the customer to have to carry several freezing cold cans just by hand. But nope not this employee I begged her for a bag because another thing was I had broke my wrist. So I knew I was going to have a very hard time trying to carry all these cans to my car. Can you believe that this very hateful employee refused to give me a bag so that I wouldn't have to struggle and hurt my injured wrist even more trying to carry several freezing cans in my hands. All because I didn't have the 10 cents right then and there. I even asked her if she would just let me have the bag now until I get to my car and then I can get you your 10 cents. But nope she wouldn't do it then she had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't allowed back in the store. Because I had to share a few words with her for treating me so badly when I had done nothing wrong in fact I was just a paying customer that she chose to make feel like a criminal the whole time I was in there. Then on top of that having been subjected to injuring myself further because that employee refused to give me a bag even though she recognized that I needed it after purchasing items in the store that she works in. If it wasn't for the customers the employees wouldn't even be able to get paid. So how dare she treat a paying customer so bad they need to fire that employee

No surprise 1 star if that.. went today to get a passport photo for myself and my son at 6pm .. The lady their tells me to come back in a hour at 7 or before 8 so i said cool . Came back at 7pm and the lady is not their so i rang the button and another lady came and i told her another lady told me to come back. So this lady said well "Im too busy right now cleaning i cant do it" and just gave me that look then she says i can do it but you have to come back tomorrow to get the photo.. walgreens you close at 10 right? No service at all why the hell would i even wanna come back.. when the sign says picture in 5 minutes .. Aint that hard to take a photo and push the print button. And fill out a little form.. but i get it you too busy to help your neighborhood customer.. cool im out.

I never thought I'd write a review for a pharmacy but here we are. This pharmacy is terrible. I am on a medication that I must consistently take every single day for the rest of my life, so I have been here often. My negative experience began when not once but TWICE, this pharmacy gave me the incorrect amount of medication - Both times, I got home, unpacked it, and then realized I had less than the prescribed amount that was literally printed on the package. Both times, I had to turn around and go back in so they could fix the mistake. It's a good thing my medication isn't something that is regularly abused or I would have reported it to the authorities. In any case, the past few times I picked up my medication, I have made it a point to open and count it in front of them. And on one occasion they had shorted me YET AGAIN and had to correct their error. I don't know how the embarrassment of being so bad at their jobs doesn't eat them alive. But here's what made my blood boil and made me change pharmacies for good. They will not let people, even paying customers who JUST PICKED UP A PRESCRIPTION, use the restroom. On several occasions over the past ~3 years, I've picked up my prescription and politely asked the pharmacist whether I might use the restroom. Every single time they have given me some BS excuse about it being "under construction." I believed it the first time or two, but I'm very sorry Walgreens, your bathroom has NOT been under construction for literal years. Your pharmacy staff are simply rude, lying to my face and insulting my intelligence. How is it even legal for a PHARMACY, which is inherently a place for health and healthcare, to deny someone the use of a restroom? If I'm out running my errands and have to urinate, it is literally not a choice. It is a bodily function that everyone has, and I'm sure your staff do multiple times a day in your very much operational bathroom. It is cruel. It is sick. It is unprofessional. I have changed my pharmacy. To the pharmacists - I hope that for the rest of your lives, you are denied access to toilets. It would certainly serve you right. You will NEVER know the pain you caused.

Went for covid test. They didn't have quick test so we Got the PCR test. $128 each. Called 2 days later. They said they don't have the results the lab does. Contacted the lab. They said they never received the sample 2 days later.....

They don't even deserve 1 star. By far the most pitiful pharmacy I've ever experienced. I tried to be patient with their lack of service, lazy & rude employees and ignorant behavior, thinking that maybe just MAYBE I've just had a few negative experiences here. Nope. Just AWFUL. Aside from the fact that I discovered I've been paying more than double for the exact same prescription here..... Yesterday I dropped off my prescription for them to tell me the date was wrong. Apparently the dr wrote 2022 instead of 2021 (I get it....I wouldn't mind if 2021 was over myself) But since this is a prescription I regularly get I asked the pharmacy staff worker to please call my dr and have them correct that. Rude as ever she declined. Except that my dr called to change it herself and there was no issue. Fast forward to today. I arrive to pick it up only for her to say ohhhhhh ya it was sent to a different pharmacy. I saw that yesterday. I asked why she didn't bother to call me and let me know. Her response: I didn't know. Whaaaaaaat??? You just got done telling me you were waiting for the prescription and saw it go elsewhere. It's ok You don't deserve me as a customer Or anyone else for that matter. Not only are all of you rude as %*ck, but you legit don't give a crap at all about making an effort or doing what's best for your customers. The exceedingly outrageous costs on the medication is just the icing on this horrendous cake. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

This pharmacy is so convenient with the drive thru. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable. The employees are very kind and helpful as well.

I had a horrible experience at this store today. A disgusting employee, I believe Cynthia was the name on her tag, had the WORST attitude I've ever received from any store. When I asked her what the problem was, she laughed at me and looked down like if something was funny and didn't bother explaining. Her co worker who I didn't get the name of (an elder white blonde lady) also laughed at us while helping my cousin at another register and had a shady attitude, eventually she told us to leave. We left instead of entertaining both of their nasty attitudes. It's not MY fault that you are both middle aged women working a minimum wage job, don't take it out on customers and lose business for the company. Never returning to this store again.

This is our local neighborhood walgreens and let me tell you it's great! The employees are super nice and helpful and not to mention this walgreens location has been our one stop shop during the pandemic since they're well stocked on pretty much everything.

The employees here are wonderful. They Provide excellent service, Jorge was funny and attentive to other customers as I watched him work. they all seemed happy to work in-spite of the Corona virus problems. Cristina assisted me by calling local stores to find a product and avoid me driving my self crazy. Thank you for being awesome !!!

I was paying at the cashier at 9:08pm and I asked for the bathroom key. Launa the cashier said I couldn't use the bathroom because they already cleaned it. Keep in mind they close at 10pm. What kind of customer service is this?

I was just here. The cashier was just talking to previous customers and gave them a free bag but when it was time for me to get a small bag she wanted to charge me! Why is it free for some people?!
