Storage is neat and clean and has good security
When it was rainy season the walls got moldy, I reported it but seems like nobody fixed it by that time. (Had to take my wet boxes of stuff home and dry it, transfer it)
Secondly they raised their rates due to demand.
Operation hours aren't flexible, at winter time I understand it closes at 7, but summer time it should be longer. I work until 6pm, 20 miles away. Today I barely managed to get my things but I got locked in, and in order to get out the number I called said it costs 50 dollars...
Won't stay much longer at this facility, it's not run well. They don't even provide their locks and had to pay for it. Yet they make 150 average unit x12 x (300 ) (500) however many units they got.

Had a great experience with Vanessa, renting my 10x12 unit here! It was quick and easy, and Vanessa made it a fun easy experience. She gave me the tour, which was great! The facility is very secure and there is a GIANT lift to help move stuff to the second floor if you have any questions indoor unit on the level. 10/10

Vanessa made it so easy for a first timer to rent a storage at this facility! Her demeanor screams out, integrity, information, and confidence. It is a very stressful time to move and have to worry about your stuff and where you’re going to store it. Vanessa made everything goes so smoothly and easy and I even got a senior discount. Which was offered to me. her personality was such of caring and getting the best deal for me. She gives outstanding., award-winning, customer service. She understands the stress of moving and she understands the frustration and anxiousness that goes with it. When I left the facility I had confidence and a large worry and burden removed.. thank you for her
