I've been using TMG's services for almost 10 years now. They are very easy to work with. Anytime we need maintenence, they are prompt and reliable. TMG is able to offer rental prices that far outweighed the price of owning. Not to mention the peace of mind of knowing if something goes wrong, the copier would be fixed within 24 hours (usually less). They understand that the copier is integral to any business and do everything they can to make sure your business is not interrupted. We used to own a copier, but the machine itself was expensive, let alone if you need it cleaned, the drum replaced or simple maintenance, then it really adds up. If there's any lines or specks on the drums they will maintenance it without hesitation. Great customer service, just a really great company all around.

I was called to last minute meeting in Los Angeles and needed to have a copier available. I found TMG, they were professional and reasonably priced they delivered the copier to my hotel. The service and knowledge they have made my work easier. Thanks TMG. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced copiers.

This place likes to gouge it's customers and they have copiers that don'd do what you pay for them to do. We must MANUALLY duplex our copies, even though we pay $246.94 a month for a copier. We are a non profit, and it's unfortunate that these people are taking advantage of a PTA!

Our company was on the verge of purchasing a copier when we found TMG. Its a good thing we looked at one more option because TMG was the way to go. Instead of purchasing a copier for near $20K we were able to rent one for less than the monthly payments would have been for the purchased copier; and we still would have needed to purchase a repair plan. With TMG, if the machine acts up, its their problem and they are more than happy to come fix it. Once this machine becomes obsolete, and that is happening faster and faster these days, we can call TMG and they will replace the machine for no fee. I highly recommend looking at this option before you purchase or lease a machine.

Our company uses TMG Copier Rental for three large printers. Whenever we need service, they are here within 24 hours to fix it. Toner is included in the rental fee. They are professional and provide great rates. I highly recommend them.

We had a short-term event and needed to rent a good , durable printer, so I contacted TMG and spoke with Tom, a great man with great work ethics, the printer was excellent and the price was very reasonable, I am very glad I found this business and will surely use them again very soon, and I also highly recommend d this place for everyone.
