Ricky and Eyla are my go to! I am able to order parts by email and they will deliver parts when they say they will. Haven’t had a bad encounter yet, don’t think I will. Always friendly and helpful when looking up parts. I honestly feel supported at this branch. It’s small so I feel like I get dedicated support.

We have big regrets purchasing from this company. The truck we bought broke down on the very first trip and the repairs cost us over $10,000. We will never recommend this company nor ever do business with them again. The mechanical faults should have been fixed before putting the truck up for sale and they should have in turn included value for repairs in the final sale price. As a small business owner, we shouldn't have to go through this. Buyers beware of this fraud of a company.

Best Rush Truck Center that I've been to in California and I've been to almost all of them. Parts only center so that's what they focus on and that's what I need. If they don't have it when I call in, they'll let me know up front if they can get it, the lead time, any freight so there's no surprises, or if they can't get it they let me know right away. Honesty is best at least that's my opinion.

Bad customer service they don’t check if parts are in inventory I drove from the perris ca for a part witch the said they had got here to find out they didn’t have it plus one of the guys there was really rude to one of the customers management needs to step up there game.
