“We’ve been attending zoom room in Torrance for over a year now and have LOVED our classes. We have taken advanced obedience, CGC, agility, and scent classes. My pup loves to learn and they are so great for exposing your pup to a variety of training areas. The staff is so friendly and nice. We will continue to take classes with them and support them. My pup rates them 10/10 and we both highly recommend them”

“I like the cat food here but have had bad experiences with the stick toys. They break quickly, and I mean within 1-3 days. People at the store are usually pretty nice with helping you find things. One time though I thought I had a coupon for something, so all I said was, "Oh I think I have a coupon." and the employee very rudely said, "You need to print it out." I wasn't pushy about the coupon or anything, it was just their immediate reaction to what I said. I just said, "Oh, um, okay." And bought my cat food and left, feeling confused and upset. That experience still sticks with me even though it was a few years ago because I have no idea why that employee had to be so rude to me about it. I get some people are rude about coupons, but I literally did nothing but say I thought I had one. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the unwarranted antagonism. Especially as someone that deals with social anxiety and depression, it just made me feel like something is wrong with me for awhile. I get food delivered sometimes and it always goes well and it within the time frame.”
“My veterinarian recommended this gem of a place to me and told me to speak with Wendy. I have had concerns for many years about large pet food corporations and was relived to learn that this place makes their own food in house and it is locally and ethically sourced as much as possible.
The service was beyond impressive and we worked to find the best solution possible for my four small dogs, all with varying health issues. I can’t wait for my dogs to try this food as we will definitely be regulars here. We even got free samples to make sure my dogs like it. Where else do you get that these days? Mind blown :)
The price was very affordable also. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“I love the friendliness of the staff however I brought 12 fresh water fishes by day 3, 5 are dead. I don't live near this business so their 24 hr return on fish is beyond what I could do. I live almost 3 hrs from this place. I called to see what was wrong or if something was wrong with the fish. I have a new tank no fish has been in the water I had the water tested twice, however the person I spoke to said it could be the water suggested some things to use. Again, fish were still dying after I treated the tank as she suggested. I am deeply sadden by the fish dying I just hope buying fish in the future will not be so traumatizing for me. I'll try a different store, freshwater fish here, I'm not sure being several other tanks was off limits because 1 fish had the icke! I should have left then. Can't post my fishes floating (sad face)
*Update: the owner contacted me and we spoke. He was very compassionate about what had happened to the fish. After knowing that I live far away from his store he helped me come to a conclusion with the purchase I made. Many store owners will not even try to know what's going on just take your coins and keep going. But not this owner. I revised my stars from 2 to 4 because the owner is very professional.

“I've been a customer for a couple decades and I can't speak more highly of this company and the people. I always seem to end up with animals that have special needs, whether it's allergies, or sensitive stomachs, or IBD and Stephanie has been so amazing. When she didn't carry the kind of food that met the needs of my old GSD mix, she did some research and found a good food that he would be able to eat and ordered it for us. I appreciate that they make time for you when you have questions or need additional information. They genuinely care, they are vested in you and you pet thriving together. The staff are wonderful. I love this company and I am so incredibly appreciative of the people. If I could rate them higher, I would.”

“The BEST dog food ever created! My 10 year old malti-poo gave me the blues for 9 years. No food made her happy or feel well until JFFD! Tummy troubles, loose and nasty poops and the worst staining around her eyes and mouth on went away. She’s the pickiest eater and I don’t have the time or patience to cook her food. She’s been eating JFFD for almost a year and now all she does is run in circles every time she hears her food container from the fridge being opened. Every drop disappears in no time and she begs for more. Vet exams and lab work are always great now!”
“Extremely happy with Healthy Spot in Manhattan Beach! My golden doodle gets an outstanding cut/groom from Toni and great shampoo and care from the entire team. My dog is in love with Toni! The scheduler is great and the store always looks inviting and immaculate. The management team (shout out to Renee) and the crew (shout out to Bren) are phenomenal! “I came here for a dog adoption event that was organized with Ozzie and Friends. They have a back room that they use for events like this. There is also a clinic in the back. And an area that is gated so that we could interact with the dogs and learn a bit more about their personality. Since they partnered with them, when I adopted my new puppy, they gave me a 10% coupon that I could use. So I got a new harness and some training treats for her. They were very helpful when I had questions about which training treats I should get. It been a while since I've had to train a puppy so it was nice to get some advice. There is also a dog washing station in the front. It was pretty crowded the whole time I was there.”
“I had a different pet store i would frequent but quality dropped so im in search for a good pet store. Came in today looking for some dog food for a picky eater young lady working the front (glasses w pink hair (didnt catch her name :( wouldve shouted her put personally)) was so helpful and informative she provided me with some samples to tryout. “I can not say enough wonderful things about the two products I have purchasedMy story starts with a rescued wirehair pointer 2 years old that does not like being groomed and always needs it bad re: sticker magnet . Also we have a 9.5 year old Great Dane with arthritis well my beautiful cousin has a rescue called Lucky Dog Rescue of Madera CA she ask others in her tribe about these 2 and referred me to this company ! I can now trim and brush my wirehair easier with cbd drops and my Great Dane is jumping around with chews Miracle Thank You Thank You Thank You”

“Great little store. I Love the self dog baths. My 9 year old, 105 lb shepherd has no problem getting in or fitting in large basin . They have aprons, a variety of shampoos ( non medicated ) & blow dryers. Enployees are always very helpful and friendly.”
“I absolutely love this place . My Buddy Boy a 27 yrs old Senegal Parrot gets a full royal spa treatment when I bring him here, yes he gets mad at me but you have to take care of your bird too❤️. I enjoy spending time with the rescue birds and chat with them as the cat and I walk around visiting with them. Kitty wants a little love too and I’m happy to give it lots of love as well ?.”

“Great place to buy pet food! While this is not the biggest store they have a good selection of products. I stop here to buy Weruva and Open Farm regularly. The staff are always really nice, I've been offered to be helped to my care several times when I bought lots of canned food. One associate even informed me a promotion was going on for the rest of the week if I wanted to come back and get more. I don't ever need any help since I usually come in only to take part in the in store promotions. Store is clean and they have a good selection of non food products as well. I've also done a online + pick up in store order and everything was very organized. Service here is always better than Petco.”
