Luz helped us find two different types of quartzite for our home. When we learned from the fabricator that one of the slabs we selected was too thick for our project, Luz helped us again find something that fit out requirements and arranged for us to swap for a slab that was perfect.

Customer does not pay for their invoices. Do not use this customer. The owner wouldn't even come to the phone he had Luz do all the talking for him.

Decent people to work with. Owner is nice & mindful of his employees . I'm an interior designer & have dealt with other stone companies and I can say Paramount Quality Stone has the best natural stones.

Luz was very helpful with our choice of granite including coordinating the pick-up of the pre-fabricated counters. She was very knowledgeable with figuring out the finished measurements, and details. Our kitchen counters look great with the New Venetian Gold pre-fab granite counters. Very pleased with the service, and price. If you are looking for slabs, their stone yard has a huge selection to choose from.

Luz is extremely patient and nice. She worked with us to find the perfect piece of granite. Prices are affordable and in line with what you will find at other stone yards. I'm just a little confused by the relationship between the stone yard and fabricator. They are both "Battaglia" and owned by the same family, but when you ask them about bundling together fabrication and the purchase of a slab, they pretend like they don't have any relationship with the fabricator. You both are Battaglia! Overall, the experience was great, but I wish they were more honest about who the fabricator is and offer some discount for using their fabrication service.

Only open until noon certain days of the week. Unable to make appointments for in the afternoon. Very vague responses if any to questions via email. Overall seems like they don't need people's business.

I live in the South Bay but thought all of the really good stone yards were up in LA and spent quite a few Saturdays driving up to check out some stone for a fireplace hearth. Just to give it a shot, I stopped at Battaglia and was surprised at how much quality inventory they had. They even had quite a lot of partial pieces that they sell at a discounted rate - and I was lucky enough to find exactly what I wanted! The owner gave me a great rate, did a perfect creation and installation. Would recommend.

I met the owner Gino and his assistant Luz at Battaglia several months ago. They were both extremely patient with me and gave excellent counsel in choosing the proper size to work with my drawing.
Construction dragged on for several months, so the slab ended up having to be stored much longer than I had anticipated. I expected a storage fee to be added to the purchase but was very pleasantly surprised - no charge for storage. :D

Luz is so helpful, and the company is fair and honest. One of their fabricators made a mistake on our laundry room counter order. Instead of trying to fix it with bad patchwork, Paramount Stone replaces the whole stone and had the fabricator make a completely new piece. I will definitely shop with them again.
