I gave Kaiser coastline A 10 Because the doctor I saw Helen For my nerve pain She listened to all my concerns and ordered x-rays and MRI and the medication I received yesterday allowed me to sleep for the first time. My experience with Kaiser Permanente has been the best experience I've ever had in the past 20 years they all received 10 stars. Also my primary care doctor Brown in Gardena and staff, 190th , Lomita to name a few!?

So far Kaiser has taken very good care of me. Last Friday at my bone density test, the exam took only 10 minutes. The technical personnel was very helpful and professional.

First time to the building Coastline and I've had an amazing experience since my doctor submitted the referral the same day I received a call. We set up an appointment for the following week had an over the phone appointment ( as this was the earliest I took it) meds were prescribed. The meds helped me tremendously! An additional appointment was set up in person. The Spinal doctor and the assisting nurse were so friendly, courteous and took care of my needs. Thanks guys keep up the great work! I appreciate your help!

I've been with this Kaiser branch for about 46 years. I've always been loyal to them but lately their service has gone down so much that maybe I'll think of getting another provider. It's been years since I've had my eyes checked and when I've made an appointment, it was cancelled twice. I had to find out these cancellations the hard way by showing up for those appointments. I was told that they called and left a message about these cancellations. I even asked the receptionist if they have the right phone number on their file and it is right. I don't know what is wrong with their system but I never got any voicemail nor text messages for either of those appointments. Even my husband is getting screwed up with their messaging (not getting it). If only there was a negative rating, they surely will get that.

I only have this not so health care insurance because I have no other choice. I've been through it all. From the drunk nurse (did report, no one cared) to botched tonsil surgery, to doctors covering for other doctors mistakes. Kaiser has zero accountability UNLESS, you ask them for all they say in writing with their name on it and are straight with not wanting them to j*** you around. I can't give zero stars so there you go. These people treat you as if they're doing you a favor and not a private (expensive I may say) paid service.

My 19 year old daughter was experiencing heart pounding heart palpitations , shortness of breath, chest pain dizzy, numbness and it's been one month trying to get help. Emergency twice, wait time 8 hours!! Urgent care was 4 hours. Daughter was desparte to get help and was very depressed. To go see Councelor there were no appointments until august! What happens to those people who are so depressed they want to die, commit suicide. They have to wait to get help. You can't get doctors appointments for weeks. You must call everyday to try and find a slot. Kaiser is now the worse. Do not enroll in this insurance. You might not make it alive.

7 hour plus wait and the nurse confirms this is normal @serena looks like you have a nice copy and paste method to respond to all your complaints on here How about a real awsner? Are you hiring more staff to fix the problem? Are you building new facilities for the patients you cannot serve properly? Look at these stats and lets get a solution instead of copy and paste that you want to hear the concerns?

I went to get vaccinated after being scared for months... Get here and vaccination line is closed a hour 30 minutes early. Is this a sign? Kaiser shouldn't say they'll be open to 6pm and leave at 430pm

Today, has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had. Kaiser is dropping the ball on the guest experience. I'm actually livid! I've been sick for two days with some covid symptoms. I took the ridiculous assessment so that I could get tested. The assessment told me to monitor the symptoms... I'M SICK! Of all the locations that Kaiser has, there was not one that could see me. NONE! I then, opted to see the virtual doctor, which was also no help. He prescribed me some OTC meds and scheduled a covid test. I asked would it be same day, and he said it would. It was not. Finally, I was feeling so bad, I came to the ER, where there is an EIGHT HOUR WAIT!!! I've been here simce 6pm, and it is now 11p. I know we're in a pandemic, but come on! Is it staffing? Leadership?? What is happening?!?! There is no excuse for the experiences I've had today. The waiting room is filled to capacity right now and the staff is overwhelmed. Most importantly, people are being treated in a timely manner.

21 stars too many. Too bad YELP doesn't have a negative star choice, Kaiser would get -20, IMHO. Went in for an MRI. Co-pay was $800! The amount billed to insurance was $7,403.00. On the open market, with no insurance, the most it would cost is around $350-$400. I called around and that was the average. When I contacted Kaiser's billing department regarding how they can justify what they were billing us, it was like dealing with children who can neither read nor comprehend written English. After passing the buck, they still cannot provide an answer. If you joined Kaiser thinking it's economical and or efficient because all care is managed and costs controlled within THEIR network and at THEIR facilities, think again. I think this company is so large that the left had literally has no idea what the right hand is doing. But I guess that's what you get when your CEO is aloof, and gives zero shits about actual people. Why should he?! He will make is 19 million salary while doing nothing to help those who pay that ridiculous salary. This is America now, run by the greedy, unconcerned 2%.

If you need Kaiser services in this building they're always the best. I've never had a bad experience and they're very quick to see you
