Now I have read all the reviews and I must sayI Do not agree with the negative reviews at allAbout the woman drs and serviceI just HAD MY BABY THERENOVEBER 6TH 2023 VIA C-SECTION AND I MUST SAY I WAS TREATED WITH MUCH RESPECT AND THEY SPOKE TO ME WITH RESPECT ALLLLLLLLLLL WEEK LONGTHERE WAS PROBLY 1 PHILIPPINES NURSE THAT WAS NASTY BUT I SOFTENED HER UP BY MAKING JOKES AND AKWAYS GIVING HER RESPECT AND SMILINGSEE U NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE NE ELSE IS FACING NOR DEALING WITHAND THESE PPL SHOW UP TO WORK EVEYDAY TO YRY AND MAKE OTHER PPLS LIFE better ??? I'd say cut them some slack and smoke and just a smoke will change everythingTRUUIUUST ME

This place is awful never called me with X-ray results nor did they call back pharmacy regarding proper directions. I had physically had to go there to get in touch and resolve the issue then they proceed to be condescending and tell me my results were in the portal. I don’t agree with having to log in to a portal for results I should get a call what do they do for people who are not tech savvy or have easy online access??? Ridiculous!!!

This sign is very misleading!There is no number to call. When you get inside the ladies say there is no doctor available.They proceed to schedule a phone appointment as best they can since there is no bilingual employees!They send us away without a reference number only a time to expect a call.Employees seem to be unaware that patients coming in for testing or vaccines because of the sign did not know an appointment would be needed. Please fix the sign or how you train staff to handle incoming patients.

I waited 3 months for a pain clinic appointment only for the pain clinic to tell me it's a 7 months wait once I got on the waiting list today to get an injection procedure on my back. This is extremely backwards.

It's an ok for me. Brought my grandmother here because she can't understand English very well. Her appointment was at 9:20. We got there a few minutes earlier & waiting wasn't a big deal since it wasn't 9:20 yet. How come there were 3 patients that came after her and went first? I don't understand, unless it was an emergency or a late appointment. We were assisted by a male CMA after the wait. He was nice and welcoming along with the male doctor. It seemed like the male doctor was in a rush because my grandmother wasn't done with explaining with her concerns. I don't know why my mother picked this clinic for my grandmother but the people here aren't really the best of my interest. My grandmother had three concerns - her foot, blurry vision, and ears. The doctor didn't try to ask her what was the reason(s) for her visit. (He went over lab tests). He had automatically thought that we were done after my grandma complained about her eyes. I had to bring up her feet, then, she had to bring up her ears. He also told us that he'll do a quick vision test on my grandma and let his nurse aide know; but, that never happened. Once we were done, the male CMA told us it's okay to go and said to wait at the "exit" for him to check us out? He wasn't clear on his explanation because we went outside where the others were and we were just waiting for his go? Then, he came out a few minutes later asking if something was wrong? What the heck? Then the man that's from Securitas - I had asked him if he seen an old lady passed by...(I was referring to my grandma because I couldn't find her). He said somewhere between the lines "I don't know, a lot of people here pass by so it's hard to tell." He's a security guard for a reason?? Yeah, like I said, the people here aren't really in my best interest.

So frustrating!!! I took my sister to her doctors appointment (got there early) and they told me one of my parents needed ro come in to sign a consent form so my dad came in and when he was fixing it they told me since I checked in LATE! if another paitent misses there appoinment then they'll see my sister if not I'll have to reschedule her appointment & the lady and the front dest is sooo rude! She wants to raise her voice for no reason.Also my brother had an appointment so when it was the Day for him to come in we checked in and they told us the doctor was not in so had ro recheduale mind you they didnt call to notify me before hand.

I have been coming to this clinic for years..I LOVE the Drs. and staff...they call to confirm appts... very caring and kind..I recently went to the clinic to get my hemoglobin checked.. it was so low they transported me to the hospital ( harbor general) I spent 9 days there.my car was in the clinic parking lot for all that time...the Drs from the clinic came to see me many times daily.I told them it was my car left at the clinic... the care and compassion they showed me was off the chart...when I finally got out of the hospital to get my car there was a big notice not to tow this car it belongs to a patient who is in the hospital for more info contact 2 nd floor room 200....this was heart warming to see the notice they put on it....the thoughtfulness was above and beyond the call of duty....my only complaint is you cant phone the clinic directly it goes to Harbor General hosp and 2 or 3 days later the clinic gets the message..

The attending female doctor was mean and condescending. Nasty. Disgusting. We va had to wait all day. Then I had to go with my 89 year old mother to this horrible county hospital. A nightmare

If I could leave no stars I would do not go to this place it is a waist of time I was assigned to this clinic its located right down the street from me so I thought It would be convenient. The Dr Itchipar may not be spelled correctly but she is awful I was diagnosed with fibroids at the ER so I needed to see her to be referred to a specialist I have severe pain large fibroids and vaginal bleeding TMI but she prescribed a birth control pill that has estrogen in it I didn't need birth control just help with fibroids but that was what I received It made everything worse I started bleeding profusely with large blood clots because of the pills they have estrogen in them well that is the cause of my fibroids so I am so much worse now and for the severe pain I was prescribed extra strength Tylenol wow worst experience ever

I barely ever receive calls for my appointments. They tell me the wrong times in their confirmation calls. They don't apologize. They just try to move from one patient to the next quickly, and don't really help you. There was one doctor that was good. The nurses are nice. But they take too many patients, and reception couldn't care less about you.
